The hotel was located outside the old Town, as we drive a car, it is no problem for us to drive to the town. The hotel is clean. Facilities we enough for traveling guest. The breakfast was very good. Only 5 euro per person but had many things to choose.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they organised my taxis to and from the airport during my stay. Level of English speaking is high, so easy for the international travelers. I did not try the breakfast as my days started too early. The room was big and temperature was perfect. Bed bit hard, but I like that, I slept well. The hotel is also very quiet which helps with a good night sleep. The only downside is that ( most hotels do this) there is the sign that if you want your towels changed put them on the floor. I left mine hanging, but they still got changed. This is not following the procedure as advertised or helping the environment. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Only the lights and TV worked No safe working no air con or heating. Very basic toiletries. Bring your own. Parking a nightmare. No spa. It's been closed for 5 years. Check your bill and your banking app at check out as I was charged 3 times for same stay.!

Excellent location for shopping nearby, you can find the Megalo, good breakfast, very clean rooms, very comfortable king size bed.

I have been staying at this hotel for years, almost every week. Service always at the top: fast check-in, everyone was kind and professional; absolutely excellent breakfast with very kind and helpful staff; comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. I would just like to point out that if you travel in a double room, with someone you don't know well, the shower is covered with frosted glass, and the same for the toilets.

The stay in this hotel is pleasant! The rooms are clean and the corridors smell nice and clean. Breakfast is good. I only suggest paying attention to the wall units in the room, because as they don't have an indent compared to the support surface, you'll hit your head!

Kindness, cleanliness and comfort reign supreme.... We discovered this hotel by chance thanks to TripAdvisor (which never disproves itself) and it was a great discovery, we will definitely return and I highly recommend it. Congratulations to everyone especially the girl at the reception

Wonderful stay, I have nothing to complain about. Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, thermal and acoustic comfort. The highlight is the breakfast. We were driving, so the location not so close to the historic center and shopping center didn't hurt.

A Best Western above all expectations. Courteous staff and breakfast that embraces all customer needs. Well-maintained rooms equipped with every comfort. Definitely recommended for both business and leisure trips.

Excellent hotel, rooms much larger than average, clean and quiet, nice shower with a view of Chieti. Breakfast with a wide range of products to satisfy all tastes, sweet and savory. I'll be back.
