rooms were clean, specious and well decorated. food was really nice, plenty of options available for both veg and nonveg. hospitality and service is top notch.

Hi everyone there …such a beautiful place and good weather ,ambiance, vibe ..the stay ,food and the response was amazing from the management side …I can give it a 10/10 for the rate .For couples and family it will be a super cool place to hangout …have plenty of place inside to walk around which gives you a forest feel . And the lake view in the morning is great .over all I need to tell is a beautiful place must visit ..

1. There is no Reception 2. ⁠Nobody explained about the amenities 3. ⁠nobody explained about timings of boating which is their main attraction 4. ⁠hair dryer was not working they dint replace 5. ⁠basic things like towels were not provided 6. ⁠pillows were not provided and were given to new guests who booked through them directly 7. ⁠first preference is for customers who books via them directly 8. ⁠food is charged as there is no hotel available nearby and they take complete advantage of it in the amount 9. ⁠location did not seem safe as we have to travel little inside and they mentioned of the elephant risk in the evening after 7pm

We went as a big family group of 14 members including senior citizens. The hospitality and the food are the first mentions in the resort. Best things: 1) Staffs 2) Food 3) Stream in the middle 4) Bon fire 5) Offroad jeep ride they arranged (payable from your pocket) 6) Waterfalls inside forest they arranged during the offroad ride 7) Kids play area Seniors played carrom and ball games. Staffs were so kind to provide food/coffee/tea to rooms. Guided trek was an awesome experience. Even in peak summer, temp went down to 16 degrees at night. Rooms were so spacious and greatly maintained. Had a feel of living amidst nature for the whole 2 days. Food was very tasty and they served varieties each day. Overall I would recommend Gudlu for anyone who looks for a resort in Mangalore Things to improve: 1) Instead of a big bucket, you can build your own pool and amenities 2) Games can be put in a big hall setup where anyone can drop in and play games 3) Buggy carts can be made available, for those who cannot walk in the terrain

It was a fantastic stay here. The ambience and hospitality were excellent. Kids friendly. Tasty food like home cooked. The staff are very caring. Overall it's a nice place to relax.
