Great staff beautiful place and beautiful view . I love the dessert Wich is top noch. Whole experience is just wowww. Place wich is covered with all coffee plantation and forest is just no words. Nature is like soo beautiful the maintenance is also too good

It an amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. The views are stunning, and it's super peaceful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable . The staff is really friendly and made our stay great. It's the perfect spot to unwind. I had a great time there.

Place was really good. Well maintained. Service was excellent. Ambience was good as well. Amidst nature which is just wow. Everything was really good. Would definitely like to visit again and again. But the food options were really less. Which I feel could be improved. Rest everything was just perfect.

The place was amazing! Outstanding natural area of beauty and idyllic situation. Villa Urvinkhan was immaculate and welcoming and each bungalow had a charm of its own. We were extremely comfortable. Food was great and staff and host couldn’t do enough for us! We would definitely visit again & bring friends or family too!

A family get together to bring in my husband's birthday brought us to Villa Urvinkhan. It was a perfect destination with nature all around and beautiful views. Set in the midst of the fabulous coffee estate, the drive up took us to the top where the rooms and dining were. Rooms are very private yet quite close to each other. Each room had a charm of its own. The food was just amazing, homely and healthy. Chef Zain treated us to varied veg and non veg preparations in the local cuisine with a signature dessert each day. We were ten of us from ages 15-80 years and we enjoyed our walks all around the estate, to the view points and fishing in the lake. The air was crisp, the birds chirping all day, the pool large and inviting. Every part of the property is immaculate and the aroma of the varied flowers and coffee beans was lovely. We were woken up by the sounds of peacocks and rustling of the leaves. One part of our trip we will always remember is the kindness of the staff. Manager Arun with his team- Santhosh, Sudarshan, Sumanth, Shashikiran, Abhishek and Sanjay were always there to help and assist. Even the gardeners and the cleaning ladies greeted us with a smile. Villa Urvinkhan is definitely one of the best homestays I have been to.

Looks Like Sanjana so called manager has very rude reply to people who have commented on the property services which are undoubtedly questionable after so many negative reports are similar. Owners are to interviene, but may be its just not their style to reply to the people who spend their money and only pocket it.

One can only fall in love, admiration and awe upon entering the property. We had booked this villa for 2 nights and 3 days. Upon entering the place and looking at the view that this place has to offer we were awestruck. The location is placed tactically amidst the lush green coffee plantation, where you are surrounded with plants and forest. So they have 10 villas to offer, each adjusted to a location where there is no interruption to anyones privacy on the same hand they are not so far from each other. They have kept it really simple, with the villas and the food that they have to offer. All the rooms are non ac as it becomes quite cold in the evening around here. The food is not some lavish spread but whatever small they have to offer is prepared well and tastes great. The food had some 3 different variety for non veg and for vegetarians they had some 4-5 different options. Each tasted great. They don't have much activities to offer, the Infinity swimming pool they offer is huge and for other activities anyone who loves fishing can opt for the same. They provide hookah as well that serves a great time passing activities in the evening. I would suggest people to come in group or else a couple might get easily bored. Now a heads up for people coming to this place they don't provide internet nor do the rooms have any telephone to call the reception. It becomes quite tedious and tiring when one needs anything, especially with all the stairs one has to climb to reach the reception area from different villas. Cons: 1. They don’t offer alcohol, one needs to get their own stock. 2. The snacks they offer is very limited and not good, compared to the lunch, breakfast and dinner they serve. I tried the chilli pork, chilli chicken and french fries. The chilli pork had very big bony pieces, generally chilli pork is made out of thin slices of boneless pork. The chilli chicken and the french fries were below average. 3. When we were making the booking, we were asked to pay the full amount even before reaching the place. Which sounded a bit rude but after reaching the property and looking at all the views it has to offer, I feel it is justified. 4. Even with the cold temperatures I feel they should provide ACs to all the rooms. 5. The properties passages are not well lit and since it is in between a lot of plants and trees there are a lot of insects, though a very few managed to enter the room. I feel during rainy seasons it would get very difficult to go from the reception to any of the villas. All the steps are a bit slippery. Anyone having issues with hip or knee injury should avoid this place. 6. I feel they are bit understaffed, for which any activities can not be done from the room. Overall I had a pretty calm, peaceful and refreshing trip and I would definitely recommend everyone to come and visit this place.

The place was just amazing, the rooms and service were great! Taking away 2 stars because the food service was just pathetic! The quality of food was just about okay. The quantity was terrible! They ran out of rotis within 15 minutes of dinner starting and refused to make more, there was insufficient Biryani on another day and the desserts were served in rationed proportions. Who gives half a scoop of vanilla ice-cream for each guest? On another meal, the fruit custard was just 2-3 bowls for 7 of us! There was no tea available for breakfast till 20 minutes after breakfast was over! The raita with biryani had to be scraped for each guest and then they just gave us watery curd in yet another meal!
