We had cockroaches infestation in our room, after changing to a different room we had cockroaches there too with bathroom not cleaned well and pillow covers were stained, i don't think they are cleaning rooms, can't risk going there again.

We visited there for family trip. Hotel is nice and on main road after city. It is on the way of all view points. They share parking with restaurant but parking space is enough. Restaurant food is awesome but over rated. Tooth paste, brush, sampoo was missing. We asked but they only provided toothpaste. Cleanliness is fine. Water bottle they provide if you ask. These facilities does not matter for us so it was nice staying there. Restaurant is very nice with nice view point. Regards, amit

Amenities are good. Staffs are cooperative. I cut one point for the cleanliness. We found small cockroach everywhere. Otherwise it is a good hotel. Restaurant food is also nice.

The rooms were spacious and cleanly maintained. Although the restaurant is decent and multi cuisine it is excellent for lunch and dinner, it doesn't have breakfast options on weekdays. And very limited options for breakfast on weekends too. The room service is not available even for tea/coffee that is the main reason i have pulled the rating down. For one who prefers to bed/shower and meals. This is a great option.

Hotel was neat and clean. The only issue was with room service. However if you tell the receptionist they will take quick action.

It was a nice stay, staff was cooperative and accommodated early check in without any extra charge. The overall behaviour of the staff was also good.

I had to follow up with hotel about 5 times to get the tv working. The channels again disappeared the next day. Otherwise it was a decent stay.
