The room i booked was for 3 people but instead was given room which accommodates 2 people but later when asked they provided mattress laid on the floor. The room was small. But good enough.

There is no facility or amenities provided, no towels, no soap, no hot water, no shower and literally no electricity for most part of the day. They off the power it seems during day times their room service is terrible and it is difficult to get anything you requested.

If i have to talk about food then i'll say this place doesn't have food and catering services. But there are restaurants nearby so you can go there and eat but if you want the food to be delivered in your room that is difficult. And regarding location location is very good it's in the city but stay is not good at all they don't have even room service they don't even give towels they don't even give soap hot water also is very limited 5:30 to 9 you will get hot water not 9 actually till 8:30 so that to in the morning at 5:30 in the morning to 8:30 in the morning.

Location is good just 5 min walk from bus stand, and nearby you can get many restaurants for folding, room were clean and overall stay was pleasant

they don't provide food or water even which is pathetic
hygiene is average and no lift which makes it difficult to take top floors, not suitable for old people at all
staff is not responsive and even rude
