OYO 5702 Hotel Rajmahal Orchid

To customers: - Please don't waste you money here - Management has to really train staffs in reception. - Rude customer handling - Rooms are not clean and smelly. Hence we changed room. - No parking space - AC is not working - For the same price they provide Rooms with different qualities. ( Cleary their intention is not to delight customer) - Please don't book online. What they show in online is different from what you get. - They don't even have hot water in shower( shower is having rust). - suffered a lot with kids. Horrible hotel.. stay away ( There are plenty of options and rooms in chigmagalur. Book your hotels directly after seeing) To treebo and orchid owner: Try to get the owners number to give this feedback about this hotel. I really what to improve the quality so that other customer will not face what i gone through. However hotel staff refused to give. Hence I have writing my review here. Even though location is prime, quality of people you employee and the way they handle customer will help to enhance the hotel brand and increase your revenue and delight customer. Attitude is every thing.

Excellent booking experience through Treebo. Spacious and neat rooms. Sufficient parking. A restaurant is attached to the hotel which fulfills all the hunger needs. Complementary breakfast available at your choice from the restaurant. Hotel situated in the main city area with easy access to all key shopping places.

Our Stay @ Treeb Orchid was for 2N/3D . We opted for Mahogny and the Room was quite spacious . The staff were helpful too and were attending to the complaints raised . The breakfast was included in my package and it was delicious . Though timings for brekafast was 8.30-10 am , there was no strict restriction of starting Bfast @ 8.30am , both days we had breakfast by 8am as per request we raised to the Manager as we were starting the day early. I would definitely give a thumbs up for this Stay .

Sudden trip planned, checked on *********** and selected this hotel (have no idea about the town / localities etc. just went with the reviews and rating). Must say, this is an amazing hotel for a family stay - spacious room, big bathroom, very clean and hygienic, located just off the main road (MG Road, I guess). We were given towels, toiletries and the room tariff included complementary breakfast as well. If I ever visit Chikamanguluru again, I'll first try this hotel. Also will recommend them to anyone visiting this town / hillstation.

-Necessary amenities like towels , cattle, tea pouches etc., were only provided by many times of reminders. -bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean, not even towels. -Though BF was included yet they were not prepared to provide in a adjoining restaurant, before 8.30 am. restaurant owner was ready to serve but reception staff was not ready to issue coupons. we want to leave for site seeing, when we insisted they issued one meal , a mark was mentioned on coupon by MR. CHANDU, though we were entitled for two meal per person. - MGR Nagraj was very rude. Bell boy service was not given intentionally. - Though two classic rooms were booked yet one smaller was provided. full advance payment was given. On complained reply was given that payment was not given to them instead MGR conveyed that we paid to TREEBO. -NO room service since they do not have their own restaurant. - I talked to their GM MR. MANISH who was quite courteous.

very delicious food room is neat and clean humbled staff everything is good the mall road is very near homly stay in this hotel im repeated guest in treebo avantika shimla there is very peace in this hotel I am very enjoined

the room was good spacious neat and clean well maintained Hotel,the breakfast was very good in that has restaurant , Special thanks for Mr Salman helped and guided us , definitely suggested to every one , love to visit again

The hotel was good for family stay , we stayed for 2 nights.. the stay was overall good ,hot water facility was there everytime , parking space is small , Breakfast was served in down in the restaurant they both don't have mutual understanding they give only one breakfast and a tea / coffee per person extra or special items are charged this was not good in my opinion

The property is clean , and tidy,, Bathroom was clean and that was good , basement had parking which can park only 6 cars , breakfast was given in attached restaurant, Front desk staff was polite in behaviour and helped in sight seeing 🤩
