Red Roof Inn Childress

We were on the way to Tucson from Canadian. It was a nice and cozy stay. It was worth. The breakfast is simple but all we needed.

This is obviously an older property but has been redone and is very nice. Being all on one level means no steps and your car is right outside your door. One concern is that you might occasionally hear road noise. Also very limited breakfast and they are grab and go type of items.

We always can be sure that Red Roof in Childress is ultra clean with the most comfortable beds. Bathroom and tub are so very clean. New lamps with multiple plug ins next to beds and also on the spacious table with a nice office style chair. Very roomy and nicely lit. Good grab and go breakfast with Folgers coffee is a plus. Rooms on the back side are very quiet and with a view of of serene pasture, kids will love seeing the horses and cattle. Well behaved dogs are welcome, with no extra charge

Stains on chair, clumps of dust hanging from popcorn ceiling, mattress sucks, stains on pillow . No more hot breakfast. Just toast, tea, and yogurt . Go to the Hampton on corner might be safer and cleaner than this motel.

This is a large older motel that has been upgraded. We found the room clean and comfortable. No fee for one dog if under 80 pounds. Good shower and mattress. Price very reasonable. Park right in front of your unit. There is a busy road in front of this and all other Childress hotels. Did not bother me at all but did bother my wife. We ran bath fan all night to mitigate noise. I would stay there again

Motel-style Red Roof Inn. Rooms are good and travelling with our dog, this is a good pet-friendly place. Nice area out back to walk the dog around. Cows in the field behind, much to the dog's entertainment. Property was clean, staff friendly. Grab 'n Go breakfast is nothing special but the hotel still represents good value for the price.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but you know what they say about books and their covers. Remodeled rooms were a pleasant surprise! We didn't do the grab and go breakfast.

The room was really clean and breakfast was amazing! The place was really quiet and the staff was very friendly. The location is was very convenient for us as we were travelling to Colorado and needed a quick stop over.

While this hotel has no red roof, but it is amazing. We travel with a dog, so Red Roof has become a go to especially since La Quinta has started charging for pets. The hotel was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable. It was so nice we stopped back on our way home. I would highly recommend this hotel.
