Room was very clean. Comfortable bed & crisp sheets added to snuggle in comfy. The staff was kind & helpful. The parking is great for Elite Best Western members with a close spot. The room was organized and roomy with great TV display. The shower had great warm water without waiting for it. The amenities were all in place. Tge location was great for us on the way

There are just a handful of hotels/motels in the area. I have stayed in other brand hotels in the area. This Best Western hotel is the best for the price, . There’s a decent breakfast & an internet connection that works quite adequately. I will stay here again.

The remodel could be great if they stayed up on cleaning. The breakfast could have been good if the items were replenished and were out of most things. The new glass for shower could have been clean easily if bleach was used. The bed was comfortable.

They have recently refurbished this place, and customer comfort was at the top of the list. 1. Had magnet on doorstop/entrance so you didn’t have to fight with the door while you were unloading your luggage-why don’t ALL hotels have this? 2. Removed carpet/replaced w/ tile-don’t have to worry about all the germs in the carpet. 3. Window shade had a beautiful scene on it, so you weren’t just looking at a blank space 4. Had breakfast on a Sunday morning-evidently their quietest day, and they had a wide array of food, including bacon and sausage and English muffins that were ready to be split w/ a fork. Wonderful. This is the Best Western across from McDonalds and I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. The employees were all friendly and helpful. And a the breakfast was one of the best!. Someone knows how to make good gravy and the biscuits were like homemade! We will stay here again next time we pass through on our way to or from the mountains!

Clean remodeled hotel right off the highway. Staff was friendly. Coffee and water available throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the indoor pool to cool off. Will stay here again.

This was a last minute stay because we were evacuated from our first hotel due to smoke from the Texas fire. We arrived in Childress along with many others who were evacuated from their homes. The desk was was handled by a very calm, efficient man who I think may have been the manager. I have never stayed at a Best Western so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and immaculate. In our 7 nights of traveling this was one of the best. The little freezer in our refrigerator actually worked. I suspect the hotel was full but when I went to breakfast the dining area was clean and we were still able to find something to eat. I can’t praise the staff enough for how they handled themselves under pressure.

I had a great experience. Rooms were exceptional. Decor was beautiful. Rug in the hallway had beautiful, soothing patterns and colors. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was only going to stay one night but stayed another night. I needed to unwind from stress of my move.
