I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Except for the surrounding environment, the others are very good. The hotel's meal is very good, suitable for the public, and not very local. There is also a Japanese restaurant, and the hotel room is also very large. It is a good hotel around.

Property is good and location wise also good but staff's behavior is not too much good or not too much bad, average behavior. When i wanted to checkout, they deliberately switched off my room's light. It is one kind of nonsense behavior they have shown and their checkout timing is 11am and wanted to checkout at 10am but they purposely switched off my room's light at 9 am (only poor minded people can do this, even their breakfast also not good or not bad, its average food, road side food stalls give good breakfast than this one, i'll give it 3. 5/10.

I stayed here for 3 days, it was prepayment hence I had to stay there! First of all, before the checkin Treebo customer care did not provide me the property contact number even if I have requested, I wanted to inform about the late checkin... This property is suitable hardly for a day stay, breakfast menu options are very less, staffs at the restaurant are not attentive, response is too late... I needed Iron box for pressing, they gave but not with the table!!! It was really irritating... Online food delivery boys are not allowed inside... Toiletaries like soap, showercap, tissues were not provided... Big towel was given but there is no hand kerchief (Small Towels)... Overall charges they take is not at all worthy....
