We stayed at The Grand Cliff, Munnar; from 28 Nov 2024 till 31 Nov 2024. We had a grand welcome. A really memorable experience. Awesome taste of Spice tea served on welcome still lingers on tongue. Do not miss Morning walk tour at 7 to 8 am, to nearby tea garden hill. Hotel management arranged car up the hil, about 4 kms away. They also served Tea on this hill top visit. Do not miss it. It was a pleasant stay. We were 5 family members. We booked 2 connected rooms. Room number 603 and 604. We all enjoyed our stay. All the staff members are very well mannered, polite and very helpful. Our rooms had balcony opening to beautiful valley. Pure nature’s view, no manmade construction in sight. Really memorable experience. We enjoyed breakfast and Dinner all three days. Awesome tasty food. Wide variety of veg and non-veg food in breakfast and dinner buffet. The ambience and cleanliness of rooms and entire resort is admirable. Disciplined staff, professional managers and passionate owner’s dedication is seen in this resort. I hope I may be able to visit this resort again. I will certainly recommend this resort.

About Mountain club celebrated by many for its serene atmosphere and scenic views, despite its somewhat remote location. Guests have called out the hotel for its spacious, immaculate rooms that boast modern amenities and comfortable beds.

Thanks for the wonderful hospitality during our stay . The three nights were truly memorable. Special thanks to Mr Jebin , Bhavya and Vinayan from F&B who went above and beyond to make our experience truly outstanding . Their warmth , professionalism and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Mountain Club Resort and am already looking forward to my next visit .

It was wonderful and memorable stay at resort, staff is really cordial and helping. If you love nature and natural vibes, this place is must go and to explore. It is all surrounded with greenery and lot many plants & trees. Price for the food you pay is quiet cheaper but the quality and service is the best A must go place for anyone who loves natural vibes and good food

We had stayed twice at this Resort in March & April 2024. Good food & comfortable cottages, enjoyed our Stay. Trained staff were handled our request pleasantly. Weather was too good on that days.. Housekeeping should be improved especially in busy days. Overall experience was Good, recommendable and would like to stay again

It was overall an average stay. Rooms were spacious but the arrangement of furniture’s was not proper especially in the living room. The bathroom was small but it was neat. Not worth for the money the swimming pool was good and the activity coordinator was very helpful and energetic. In the indoor play area all the playing equipment were damaged and not maintained at all. When we highlighted this issue to a responsible person there was no response. All the food price is very high compared to the nearby resorts in chinnakanal munnar. Even the breakfast was only average.
