We enjoyed our stay at sterling - munnar. The hotel location is a little far from the town, but there is a very nice view from the hotel. The food was good and staff was courteous and attentive.

Sterling Munnar was serene, beautiful and we can easily call it home away from home. We had a memorable time at the resort because of the effort of the team. The food quality of the resort is amongst the best in the country. Mr Pradeep at the Planters Kitchen is an asset to the team. He ensured all our food choices were met and fulfilled. He checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and were having a good time. His suggestions and his proactive attitude will make us return to the resort more often. Thank You Mr Pradeep we wish you the best. Mr Yogesh Mehta makes efforts and ensures each guest gets their choices fulfilled. Krishnaja and Asiya at the front desk are courteous, helpful and they ensured we had a speedy check in and smooth check out. The Discovery Central team curated experiences for us. We had an insightful bird watching session with Mr Tahir. Mr Tahir and Mr Shyam arranged our local travel plans. We had a fun bonfire with Mr Christopher. The housekeeping team is very prompt. We thank Mr Thirupatih , Mr Siva G and Mr Sivakumar for ensuring our rooms were impeccably clean they were very creative with the towel art which warmed our hearts every time we entered our rooms. Sterling Munnar is highly recommended and we can’t wait to be back soon.

Awesome, world class restaurant service especially by Renuka and Bino. Very friendly staff. Nice room and view. Great location. Glad we decided to come here. Ambience has improved a lot! Wifi can be better! Good greenery everywhere!Thank you Sterling!

Property location is super good for hill stay, food, amenities with pool, play area and activities keeps us busy but being a old property rooms and interiors needs complete change.

The food is very average ., especially considering the high cost ( and even 10 percent service charge ) … The reception staffs are not courteous. ( not only to me , but also to the other people standing in the reception ) The pool is good , but it’s full of insects . Cleanliness-4/5 Location- 4/5 Activities- 4/5 Food -3/5 Staff-3/5
