This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is really good and the entire hotel staff is terrific. The rooms are nice and have been cleaned well. The hotel amenities are good and well maintained. I would recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

I booked a King guest room on the first floor since I saw the good reviews on here. I was really disappointed. Nothing is free here. You pay for $12.00 p/day for parking, no free coffee or continental breakfast, which I knew, but I figured with the per night rate, and all the extra costs, I would be get a good clean comfortable room for my stay. Nope!! High price room for a bathroom that has bad lighting so if you try to put on your make-up good luck, not even a makeup mirror. Yellow'sh bathtub, mold spots on the shower tiles and curtain liner, which a curtain liner is $1.25 at the dollar tree so you would think it would get replaced. Not to mention I also picked up a few hairs from the shower before using it. NO microwave, the TV placement is off if you try watching TV from the bed, and little Kleenex in the box which emptied after a few uses. Overall, not worth it. I could only tolerate 2 nights. for my last night I went to another Hotel really close by which was great!! They have a FREE coffee station near the lobby area, great comfortable clean room, and bathroom with fantastic lighting and a makeup mirror! And a good size Microwave with all the other great amenities. Did I mention a FREE continental breakfast, ALL for a lower room rate. On a good note, the front desk was friendly.

It was renovated in 2023 and is very new. It also has a standard American breakfast. It is 35-40 minutes drive from Rowland Heights/San Gabriel, but the service is a bit insufficient (short staff/no toothbrushes)

My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight. I try to stay at Marriott properties whenever possible and stay loyal to the brand, but I just don't get this place. The hallways are dark grey and give the claustrophobic appearance of walking through submarine.The bathroom tiles look dirty (yuck).The place just doesn't feel inviting or comforting, unlike most other Marriott's I have stayed at.The most annoying thing about the stay was a lack of attention to detail or just a lack of caring on the managements part. Best example: I woke pearly, and headed down to the lobby to find coffee.In the lobby I find two unlabeled coffee urns (which is which?). I ask the front desk which is which and they don't know. I choose one, fill up my paper cups and ask where the cream or milk is, because it is not in the fridge below the coffee urns ( see photo). I am told there is none, but the front desk is able to locate 2 mini creamers after some rooting around.I make the coffee's and look for lids, and there are none.I ask the front desk for lids and after rooting around, they find 2 that are the wrong size. They say sorry, that's all we got. Off I go to the room with my mystery coffee. This isn't a world-stopping problem, but it is an example of people that just don't pay attention to details, or just plain don't care. It's the little things and special details that make a stay memorable and enjoyable, and this property does not deliver.

I came here on a trip for my company and I couldn't be anymore happy with the experience. Rooms are super clean and nice. It makes you feel at home. The service is excellent. The host andrea was very helpful and super sweet. The complimentary breakfast is nice and is different every day. 10 out of 10 will be coming back to stay.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. There are 5 people directly upstairs from me, in a two bed hotel room, remodeling the place, or, at least, that's what it sounds like. There used to be 6 people up there but one of them got upset, cussed out his bethren, and threw rocks at them and the hotel. The homeless parking out in front of my room is a nice feature. There are drug deals taking place at the adjacent 7-11, some people stopped by and asked to use my restroom. I even discussed with the 5 people in the two bed room above me about their pounding around like this is the gymnasium, they are still at it, 8:20 at night. This makes 4 hours of pounding in a row, who knows what I have in store during sleeping hours. The hotel room is actually pretty nice, the staff is attentive and the maids are awesome. The guests are the problem, but when they are out in the parking lot screaming obscenities and throwing rocks at each other, a security guard would be able to intervene, I'm just sayin.

The good: Good location, lots of restaurants within walking distance or short drive. The rooms were clean, great price, and the breakfast had a good variety. The bad: The first night we were there the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink wouldnt drain, and it took a little bit of time for anyone to get up to fix it, ended up going to the bathroom after we left that morning. The kitchenette sink was gooey and discolored. The shower pressure was not very high. The AC worked, but in order to cool the whole room, the person sitting at the desk or on television couch had to freeze. There wasn't a lot of drawer storage in the room, but the closet was big. The TV auto turns off, which was annoying.

i drove 7 hours from Arizona to get to this hotel that my company already booked and paid for in advance to be told that i need my boss present to present his id and card....... also told me i wouldnt be able to get a room because we have to re book 72 hours in advance.... i sat around for 2-3 hours til my boss from ontario could arrive to present his id and card..... very unprofessional because ive stayed here last month and did not have any of these issues. the front desk did not give two F***s that i was basically stranded in another state with nowhere to stay. after driving 7 hours and sitting 2-3 hours. you would think if you have people staying that are coming from out of state you would provide necessary information so that we are not stuck. after my boss showed up i finally got this room to walk into a dirt ball room with ants everywhere and just dirty. the wifi is probably the worst wifi ive ever experienced in a hotel. the fact that they call this complimentary wifi is almost disrespectful. i work a lot from my computer and i need good connection to be able to work. as i am writing this review in the hotel room looking at my wifi signal with 1 -2 bars max and thats how the wifi has been this whole week. for the hassle and stress i was put through i would book another hotel that would actually give you the service and respect that you pay for. the fact that the front desk said i wouldnt be able to book anything cause for 72 hours and their manager left was ridiculous. basically telling me to f*** off. i remained respectful and calm throughout all of their crap. you need to be teach your employees to cater to repeat customers... ive been here many times and my history will show it... and shows everytime my company paid with the same payment method... they had me wait 3 hours because lack of skill, lack of knowleadge, lack of customer service. And they were okay with letting me sleep in my car because their process is wrong is the reason they will get a bad review today. if you do make a reservation here and pay online make sure that these people provide you with all the right documents you will need especially if your company is paying for the room. make sure you bring insect killer and plenty of sanitizer to clean the dirty rooms. also their is free breakfast included but i wasnt aware of it until my last night here and none of the employees let me know of this i had to kind of force myself into the free breakfast. its time people do their job the right way it amazes me how employees can destroy a business's name and reputation because of their poor level of skill and care. And on the side of this damn building their are about 100 bumble bees flying around the side of the building if i didnt see it in advance it would have been pretty bad. ive never seen this many bees hovering around the garden on the side of the building before.

This is a great hotel. Super clean, spacious and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just one great experience. And not only that, they are even going above and beyond any service I have experienced so far. We were there for the soccer tournament and by mistake the cleaning ladies took my sons jersey. But great service shows when somebody tries everything to help. Not only did they look for the jersey but they even mailed it to my home address. My son was so happy. Great job
