Very nice hotel. It is without a doubt the best hotel that is around here. I love their deluxe rooms with the courtyard style patio. Very nice! Thier restraunt is also very nice!

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. We are mystified by the previous poor reviews and wonder what hotel they are describing. My husband and I found the following: The family who owns and manages this hotel are kind and competent. Our check in was handled by a pleasant, professional young woman. The room itself appeared to be newly remodeled in 2019 furnishings, flooring, bathroom tile and paint colors. Very neat and clean. All appliances and technology worked perfectly. The hotel itself reflects a pride of place with topiary shrubs and freshly planted flowers. In closing, our only suggestion to the previous complainers is that if they can not recognize an excellent value in lodging, they should just stay home.

The hotel is very new, spacious, bright, and quiet. It provides American breakfast, laundry room, gym, etc. The transportation is convenient. The hotel is next to Highway 71. It is worth staying again.

Let me just start with the people...I have yet to run into a hotel employee at this place that wasn't smiling, pleasant and happy. Jonte and Jet were at the front desk to check me in on this last visit. I've been here before but MONTHS ago but I was remembered and that made me feel special right off the bat. It's nice when you travel for business and are remembered. Rooms can be remodeled but I can tell you that the attitude of the people comes from the top, and genuinely appreciate the friendly reception here. The hotel rating of 5 stars is BECAUSE of the people. The day I checked out I got an email from Hannah letting me know they accidentally charged me the wrong rate and refunded me the difference. Honesty in business is so rare and I really appreciated her reaching out. The rooms...they are what they are for a TownePlace/Marriott property. They are mid sized, and offer the basics with a fridge, small sink and the basic kitchen essentials. They are clean, as was the bathroom, which is really what matters when you stay at hotel, right? I feel like the water pressure was lacking but with the restrictions on water usage at commercial properties I'm not sure this is the hotel's issue. Last time I stayed here I was upgraded to a suite and that room was much more spacious. Availability is the key to upgrades - and I'm OK with that. There could be better sound proofing between the hall and the rooms. I heard someone letting their door slam all night one of the nights I was there, but again - I'm hesitant to blame the hotel for the poor manners of one of their guests. The location is easy. There are a few (really good) places to eat within walking distance, and it seems like they are building more. The access to the hotel is easy so if you wanted to drive somewhere else to eat you could do so very easily. I'd say this was your basic, standard TownePlace Suites, and give it four stars for being what it is, but the people make the difference to me.

i drove 7 hours from Arizona to get to this hotel that my company already booked and paid for in advance to be told that i need my boss present to present his id and card....... also told me i wouldnt be able to get a room because we have to re book 72 hours in advance.... i sat around for 2-3 hours til my boss from ontario could arrive to present his id and card..... very unprofessional because ive stayed here last month and did not have any of these issues. the front desk did not give two F***s that i was basically stranded in another state with nowhere to stay. after driving 7 hours and sitting 2-3 hours. you would think if you have people staying that are coming from out of state you would provide necessary information so that we are not stuck. after my boss showed up i finally got this room to walk into a dirt ball room with ants everywhere and just dirty. the wifi is probably the worst wifi ive ever experienced in a hotel. the fact that they call this complimentary wifi is almost disrespectful. i work a lot from my computer and i need good connection to be able to work. as i am writing this review in the hotel room looking at my wifi signal with 1 -2 bars max and thats how the wifi has been this whole week. for the hassle and stress i was put through i would book another hotel that would actually give you the service and respect that you pay for. the fact that the front desk said i wouldnt be able to book anything cause for 72 hours and their manager left was ridiculous. basically telling me to f*** off. i remained respectful and calm throughout all of their crap. you need to be teach your employees to cater to repeat customers... ive been here many times and my history will show it... and shows everytime my company paid with the same payment method... they had me wait 3 hours because lack of skill, lack of knowleadge, lack of customer service. And they were okay with letting me sleep in my car because their process is wrong is the reason they will get a bad review today. if you do make a reservation here and pay online make sure that these people provide you with all the right documents you will need especially if your company is paying for the room. make sure you bring insect killer and plenty of sanitizer to clean the dirty rooms. also their is free breakfast included but i wasnt aware of it until my last night here and none of the employees let me know of this i had to kind of force myself into the free breakfast. its time people do their job the right way it amazes me how employees can destroy a business's name and reputation because of their poor level of skill and care. And on the side of this damn building their are about 100 bumble bees flying around the side of the building if i didnt see it in advance it would have been pretty bad. ive never seen this many bees hovering around the garden on the side of the building before.

This hotel is a must stay!! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming for my toddler and I! You walk into the lobby and are greeted with beautiful fireplace and inviting sofa. The staff are extremely polite and take the time to know you! The room was spacious with a microwave, wet bar, good size mini fridge, a small dinning table, a work desk and ergonomic chair, and a living room! All of the appliances were immaculate! The carpet might need a wash but no smell or stains! My son loved the pull out sofa! To my shock when taking out the sofa cushions I was pleased to see how clean it was! Usually there's crumbs or old food under cushions but no just clean and decent size pull out bed! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot! But for mom's favorite part, the bathtub!! Yhe only complaint is that I wish the tub had jets!! Spacious and relaxing and the water temperature as hot as you could stand°° Amazing!!! Second time staying at Ayres Hotel chain and I will now only be booking family trips here! Thank you!!

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is really good and the entire hotel staff is terrific. The rooms are nice and have been cleaned well. The hotel amenities are good and well maintained. I would recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

Good Breakfast. Swimming pool was clean and the city feel safe and nices. Oue room had it a awful wet smell, thats the only complaint I have.

The room I had was a suite. I was happy with the set up of the wheelchair accessible bathroom with a tub. There was a shower chair available if needed. I had breakfast in the restaurant twice. It was alright. I would definitely stay here again. Someone made the reservation on my behalf, and, in turns out, they made the reservation for one day fewer than it was supposed to be. The Sheraton Fairplex was completely booked, so I had to move to a different hotel. None of this was the fault of the hotel. It was nice that they allowed me to stay in the room until 4:00, so that I had time to find a different hotel.
