2024.3宿泊。このホテルには何度も泊まっている。今回は初めてTrip.comで予約した。サイトでは一泊二食のプランだったが、ホテルに着いたら素泊まりとのこと。カウンターを挟んでそれぞれ主張したがらちが明かず。Trip.comに電話して状況を説明。一泊二食プランで予約していることは認めたが、ホテルには卸の楽天トラベルから予約情報が届いており、楽天トラベルに確認するため一旦切って待つことにした。折り返しの電話でTrip.comから、一旦当方が二食分をホテルに支払い、あとでTrip.comからその金額を振り込むという案が提案された。振り込まれる保証はなく、もし振り込まれなかったらこちらが損するだけ、とてものめる案ではなかったが夕食の時間は始まっており受諾した。フロントで食事代を支払い食事をし、部屋から領収書をTrip.comに送付した。
当方の振込先を伝えてから翌日には金額通り振り込まれており当方の出費はなかったが、二度とこのようなことがないしていただきたい。

酒店在山上稍偏遠，但房間好大都整潔，由於當天下雨，我們提早結束了行程，早早的到酒店浸溫泉，溫泉浴場大浸泡好舒服。
最特別是餐廳不能穿日式浴衣入場，我們要回房換回自己衣服，餐食自助餐，選擇唔多，但印象深刻是西冷牛扒好好食
酒店員工所見的都是外藉，沒有見到一個像日本藉的，有趣。
當天剛巧有個車會聚會，停車場泊了好多 Alfa Romeo 車，像車展一樣，老公都拿雨傘去欣賞
酒店好近白樺湖，維納斯紅葉路線，雖然紅葉期已過，但卻有另一種寧靜味道

チェックインしてお部屋に通されたのに、通されたお部屋がまだ掃除中で完了するまで待ちました。床はコロコロで掃除してたのですが、慌てて掃除していたので汚れは取れてなかったです。ただ1泊だけだったので、もうしょうがないかなとすぐに諦められました。
夜ご飯や朝ご飯はとても美味しかったです。

まわりは、何もなく、大自然を感じました。 お料理は、夜、朝共にバイキングで、種類も多く、すべて美味しくて、大満足です。 ご当地の食材もありました。 お風呂は、そんなに広くはないのですが、露天風呂もあり、サウナもありました。 特に朝風呂は、景色もよく、気持ちよかったです。 ホテルの周りの散策コースもよかったです。 歩きやすく、山道ですが、きれいに整備されている感じでした。 また、行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

９月の初旬に連泊しました。 東京は猛暑日が続いていましたが、標高１５００ｍに近いここのホテルは、高原のさわやかさが感じられ、快適に過ごせました。 宿泊した部屋は、フロントから右手のプロミネント車山高原の車山側（駐車場側）でしたが、駐車場にはホテルスタッフの車が数台駐車しているのみで、朝方には時々宿泊したいる犬の散歩を見かけるだけでした。 天気の良い日には、車山高原山頂のレーダードームと車山テラスが良く見えました。 蓼科山は、ロビーに行くとソファーに座りながら白樺湖とともに眺めることができました。 ホテルスタッフにはネパールの人が多くおり、レストランに入って時に「ナマステ」と挨拶すると喜んでくれました。

茅野の駅から送迎バスで約40分。茅野の市街もそこそこ標高が高いが、その茅野の市街が遙か下に見ることができる車山高原にある。茅野の駅はまだ暑かったが、ホテル周辺は心地よかった。そしてゆったりしたロビーでチェックイン。ここまで期待以上だったが、ここまでだった。客室に行くにはエレベータを上り下りして結構歩く必要はあるし、客室からの眺望はホテル近辺ぐらいしか見えない。またバイキングの夕食はありきたりの料理で、そんなに美味しくいない。スタッフが目の前で焼いたり揚げたりするようなブースもない。結局期待外れのホテルだった。

2回目の来訪。１１月の紅葉の時期です。景色が良いのは変わらないが、食事が宿泊費用と見合ってないと感じられる。それなりの種類もあり味も美味しいは美味しいですが、食材のグレード的に宿泊費を考えるとちょっと見合ってないかなと思います。なお朝食は悪くないです。朝食だけという手もあるかもしれませんが、周辺に飲食店はほとんどありませんので、あまり現実的ではないと思います。コロナで食事の質が落ちたというコメントも見ますので、今後改善されれば良いですが・・・
