我們一行六人去白樺湖滑雪，入住白樺湖榮園酒店，附近有好多滑雪場大人小朋友都可以玩，揸車也非常方便，房間有很靚的湖景露台，酒店大堂也有歐陸風情，老闆會說中文，溝通很方便，老闆還送我們泡湯卷。人很友善，照顧周到。

The scenery was nice and the air was clear, making it easy to spend time there, but the TV provided didn't have many channels and I thought it was a little quiet if you were staying in the room. However, walking around the area left a very pleasant impression.

急な宿泊にもかかわらず、丁寧な対応で滞在は快適でした。
改善点は多いと思うけど、真摯に対応してもらえて、ユーザの声を聞いて受け入れてくれると良くなると思います。
朝食から油物は要らない。パンが冷凍ものでフニャフニャ。量だけで味は2000円の価値なし。次に期待します。

It was a nice hotel with a good location overlooking Lake Shirakaba. The problem was that the hot water in the shower didn't come out easily, but the owner is a very nice person and I would definitely like to visit again.
