The customer service was very good. I felt polite and sincere. The meal was similar and great. The quality of dinner was high and the menu for children was also considered. Breakfast was delicious regardless of which one was eaten. The customer service and the meal are very satisfactory. I was a little worried about the oldness of the building itself, but I took a room with a view of Lake Suwa, so I could enjoy the scenery.

It was a boxy inn facing Suwa Lake. The parking lot was not so large or the hotel was a service to move. It was just a summer fireworks time, so the traffic jam around the inn was a fireworks car and it was a hard time until I arrived at the hotel. Fireworks of summer wind poems. This fireworks festival is very difficult at this time. From the room, the front building was not disturbed and I couldn't see it well, so I went to the lake shore and let me appreciate it. The bath was a hot spring dyed in vermilion on the street. There was hot water and the later Hanaashi extract was delicious. I didn't like the fact that there were many uses of the group at the time and that the smoking room was close to the room. Is the building built at the time of the bubble? The location was seen in the location and location. Anyway, the location is close to the lake shore, so the location can be said to be the best, but hospitality was not good.

I chose the hotel for the hot springs. The hotel has been open for a few years, so the facilities are a bit outdated. The room was spacious, but the entrance space, washroom, and toilet were cramped and inconvenient. There was a top and bottom set like a work robe, not a yukata, but it looked like a medical examination gown, so I didn't feel like wearing it. There was no shower in the open-air bath, so when I washed in the unit bath, there was a gap under the door and water flowed outside, and I got soaked, so please be careful. (I wish they had said something.) The fun of traveling is the food, but it was not something I wanted to eat at all. Maybe they've learned their lesson, but they're too decorated, or they ignore the quality of the ingredients. Each dish was too assertive, and there was no harmony, and there was nothing to cleanse the palate. The color was black, and there was no gaiety or comfort. As I continued to eat, it got heavier, and as for the meat at the end, it's not good to just put anything on, whether it's beef or pork. The cow was a rubber-like thing for the elderly. The finishing touch should have been curry or miso chazuke! The cuisine should have been something that made the most of the wonderful ingredients of Tateshina. The food at the inn I stayed at the day before was simple and gentle, using ingredients from the mountains, so perhaps that was why I didn't like it so much. I probably won't be visiting again.

There are many children, and the family can spend it without hesitation. The free drink was also great. The children were able to spend time without getting tired of the kids' room, the square where you can play outside, and the goats. However, please note that the Japanese-style room does not have a bath and does not have children's amenities such as auxiliary toilet seats and diaper trash cans. Also, the unfortunate point is that the children's rice was too disappointing. Children were all the same car plate rice for dinner regardless of age, and adults in the morning. The plate rice in the car was almost cold food with little vegetables, and I felt that it was almost the same as the food court and family restaurant lunch plate (about several hundred yen). A 1-year-old child had almost nothing to eat. If you want to take half the price of an adult, I want you to do your best with a little more child's rice. However, based on the good points mentioned above, it is a very good hotel overall. I want to repeat it.

Hotel is small but clean. 2 onsen place is available. I stayed here because I want to go to Uchu Brewery. It is within a walking distance. It is amazing

I always use it for the Yatsugatake Endurance Tournament held at the next Equestrian Stadium. It's helpful because you can walk early in the morning. It is a pension with a cat. ❗ irresistible for cat lovers.
