When I went to the mountain stream open-air bath, This is so good! The open-air bath is like a Dan 々 field, and there is a large rock in the indoor bath, and there is a hidden open-air bath of Shingen, and it is full of metasilicic acid and is good for the skin. This is the first time for such a variety of buffets, and the taste is good, there is a large visa kiln at the buffet venue, and the pizza baked there! , Delicious! This is also surprising! Also, most of the hotel rooms are too hot and hard to sleep, but my wife said that I could sleep well enough to mistakenly sleep at home when I opened it and went to bed. This attention is nice! Since it has been renewed, everything in the building is beautiful, and it is wonderful that an inn of this class can stay at this price! It's easy to drive for 3 hours, so I wanted to revisit summer summer vacation, autumn leaves, skiing, and various seasons. Also, I would like to visit, so I definitely want you to do your best!

The staff, service, facilities, and room were top notch. Once our stay was booked, we received an email questionnaire. We are both vegan and they accommodated our preference. asking for our preferences. You can select between Japanese and French cuisine. We both opted for Japanese. When we arrived, they staff greeted us kindly and it was a delightful surprise to be led into a room filled with Christmas decorations. We booked the ”Standard Zen Suite” and were not disappointed. It comes with your own private indoor-outdoor onsen. It was heaven. If you are new to onsen, they also provide helpful instructions upon arrival that you can read. It was my absolute favorite onsen experience. There are three different onsens for guests, each separated by gender. They also provide popsicles, hot/cold tea, in addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair tonic, skin lotion etc. When we were there they had two shuttles which ran from Matsumoto Station to pick you up. One at 3:15 pm and another at 4:30 pm. We would both love to return!

I always use it for the Yatsugatake Endurance Tournament held at the next Equestrian Stadium. It's helpful because you can walk early in the morning. It is a pension with a cat. ❗ irresistible for cat lovers.

We decided to stop in Suwa to break up a long drive back to Tokyo. Shinyu looked very good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is renovated and gives a nice modern spa hotel atmosphere. The greeting at the hotel is very nice and the lobby area is beautiful. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. Our room was facing the lake. It was Japanese style with tatami and futons. Nice room, nice view. The public bath was nice. Not huge but felt very good. They have an indoor bath, small outdoor bath, a sauna and a cold bath. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. They were both courses and delicious. Service? Well, this is what makes all the difference. When we book hotels we need to detail my daughter's food allergies which are serious. For this trip we had booked many hotels in a row and for some reason when we booked Shinyu and checked-in we just forgot. It was our fault and when we sat for dinner we saw her prepared meal that she obviously could not eat. The staff at Shinyu didn't miss a beat. The didn't make a big deal about it. No stress. The quickly adjusted and made a wonderful dinner for my daughter and also prepared for her breakfast in similar fashion. Wonderful. Such great service. Maybe the building isn't perfect. But the service was perfect. Shinyu was our last stop on our trip and we left with a smile. Shinyu gets an ”Excellent” from my family.

At first glance, it is a sober pension, but I was full of fun with the unique atmosphere of my husband and the richness of topics. It is best to think that there is no meal as a free inn. I enjoyed it.

We stayed twice in November and December. There was only a new hotel and it was clean and comfortable. There was a large TV in the room and I could see a powerful image. The public bath was also very good. I thought it was crowded at night and used it early in the morning, so it was almost rental. The staff at the breakfast venue, the staff at the cleaning staff, and the front desk 々 were very kind and had a great stay to heal fatigue. Only there were not many taxis nearby, and when I called, I had to have a considerable time margin.
