酒店很乾凈，服務態度很好，早餐能吃到一點半，不夠還可以打包，這點比其他酒店做得很大氣！這個酒店細節做得很到位，給娃娃準備了驅蚊水，房間還有洗衣液，還有一次性洗面巾，房間還有個烘衣服的衣架，給有娃家庭做得很貼心。還送了很多零食水果和飲料，這次體驗特別好。特別感謝餐廳：秋慧阿姨，和曉琴阿姨，很照顧小朋友，很細緻的服務。還要感謝楊國樹阿姨，像個大力士，幫我們拿行李，態度很親切！點贊！下次還來

已經從貴州回來，這次出來玩留下最佳印象的就是這家酒店，不僅硬件設施到位，工作人員都非常熱情友好，親切感十足，很真誠淳樸。行李員楊大姐、餐飲部李敏和她的同事、吧枱小哥等等等等服務都很周到，在我看來這不是一家徒有其表的酒店，也讓我對匠廬這個品牌開始有了非常好的印象，聽説全國一共十家店，有時間一定再去其他店入住感受。

建築在巖洞裏的酒店，非常漂亮。客服小哥很熱情幫助提行李，還免費升級客房，非常棒。一次非常好的住宿體驗。
