I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. Good location and good service

I wanted to like the Radisson Blu, as traveling to Chisinau several times before, always assumed it would be a very upscale hotel. While the breakfast and service were exceptional (very friendly and helpful staff), I found the atmosphere lacking - though understand that the hotel is catering to demand. For me, I like the hotel to be a relaxing refuge when I travel -- so I found the club-like atmosphere a big turnoff here. If you are on an upper floor you are likely to hear the rooftop bar music and clicking of heels above you until they close at 2 am. There is also a ****** and 2 other bars and restaurants inside the hotel, and loud music in the lobby. While this may be a draw for some, it was not the experience I look for when traveling, especially for business.

My stay at the hotel : No elevator , no toiletries , no napkins , no water . Good thing next to it , go and buy .Everything on the site says that is included in the cost , and not in the living.The only plus is pure . In the bed room , the mattress is terrible , all in springs , it is impossible to lie . On the respiratory girl Yulia , not welcoming , not even greeting and this staff member is respiratory ? ! It's as if she came home to her. The appearance is not fit for the hotel , not presentative , not even a badge of name (and I am 4 stars for a minute)It doesn't even sit in its workplace , it is always not on the respiratory.I want to pay attention to the hotel management , Whom they take to work .And so you can stay without customers .I do not recommend anyone for such money ,stay in this hotel .

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Beautiful rooms with a classic style and very excellent service. Food was excellent at the restaurant and we had a group of 9 colleagues and everyone agreed a fabulous hotel. We had two men that arrived before the group and they gave them rooms with only a phone call from me when we had not yet provided any payment information. Very helpful and extremely professional. My wife, who works for our company agreed, one of the best hotels we have visited. We highly recommend.

Thomas Albert is phenomenal; very well one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my European (Western and Eastern) and Balkan solo tour! The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town. You can walk to the main plaza where all of then sightseeing in a matter of 10 minutes. There are many restaurants, cafes, wine bars, currency exchange booths and shops around the hotel, as well as a medium sized supermarket called Linella about 400 metres from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. I simply loved the clean decor and lighting in the room. The bed was large and luxurious and I had my best sleeps in months! The duvet and pillows were the exact desired firmness and the mattress was also the perfect firmness! The bedding felt clean, crisp and brand new! The bathroom was very spacious and functional. I was positively amazed at all of the extra toiletries provided including large dispensers of hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body gel all of excellent quality! The toilet was very modern, and the shower was a large walk-in shower equipped with your choice of adjustable shower head or overhead rain shower. The water temperature and pressure were consistent and just right! The towels were fluffy and the brightest white you could imagine! The hotel will offer free toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush on request, which I also thought was very throughout. There was a small vanity kit, vanity mirror and a shower cap also in the shower. The room was tastefully decorated with black and white photos, and was furnished with a large desk, a folding luggage storage rack, two bed side tables with soft above bed lighting, a large two door luggage storage cabinet with shelving, hangers, an electronic safe, an ironing table, shoe shown/polish, and slippers to wear in the room. There was also a large flatscreen tv in the room with plenty of international (English) channels to choose from, including CNN, National Geographic, BBC News, movie and entertainment channels. Wifi was secure/password-protected and very strong in the room and throughout the 3 story boutique hotel! Air conditioning was exceptional, and kept the room at the desired temperature with excellent air flow. The room also came with a mini fridge well stocked with mini bar items, complimentary water replenished daily, a little bedside chocolate on check-in, two elegant wine glasses with bottled local wine for purchase (100 Moldovan lei), a wine opener, an electric kettle, two espresso cups with saucers, two large coffee mugs, a nespresso style automatic coffee machine with two coffee capsules and a mixture of sugar, sweeteners and creamers. It was the little touches like above that brightened my day and made my stay the most comfortable it could be! The hotel also offers a self-use laundry service which I thought was genius. They even provide Euro coins for you to kick-start the machine and attentive staff monitor the laundry cycle. A 90 minute cycle costs 2

The hotel in question has competitive prices, especially considering its location in the city center, but the rooms are not all well kept. The more expensive suites are definitely better, which I recommend for occasional guests, also due to the decidedly cleaner bathrooms and more modern internal layout and furnishings. The TVs in the rooms work poorly, but probably only because they are necessarily tuned to Russian broadcasters. Taking this into account, the wi-fi still works wonderfully, and you can easily make up for the lack of TV with a feast of internet multimedia content. It was my first time in Chisinau and I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott for 2 nights. From check in to check out, it was a memorable stay. Entire staff were amazing with good qualities of hospitality understanding. I would like to extend my appriciations to Ekta and Maxim from reception and Rynul from restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Good points: Large room (suite) A/C working well Kettle, cups, coffee sachets (no creamer) in room Staff - young lads & girls - polite, generally speak English, and try very hard - but there is no infrastructure supporting them Chef very good - but lack of necessary ingredients sometimes meant choices not available. Pool bar good (when open) but food not available at pool Bad points: Jacuzzi baths not working - in any room. This was a major disappointment - one reason for choosing this hotel. Many Pool tiles broken Pool waterfall not working Shallow “jacuzzi” in kids pool not working - dangerous holes where jets broken or removed No hot tub in garden (as claimed by some staff) Restaurant not working (at all) - meals only available in reception or covered area next to road Indoor swimming pool not available (not filled in summer) “Minibar” = empty fridge “Superfast WiFi” barely working, cutting off every few minutes in our room Fitness Centre locked Inside bar actually just the reception desk - no beer or other drinks available (except warm bottles of wine) in evening (when pool bar was closed).
