My wife stayed alone at this hotel between the end of July and the beginning of August last, for an ”unplanned stop” due to a missed connection between two different travel operators. The hotel in question has competitive prices, especially considering its location in the city center, but the rooms are not all well kept. The more expensive suites are definitely better, which I recommend for occasional guests, also due to the decidedly cleaner bathrooms and more modern internal layout and furnishings. The TVs in the rooms work poorly, but probably only because they are necessarily tuned to Russian broadcasters. Taking this into account, the wi-fi still works wonderfully, and you can easily make up for the lack of TV with a feast of internet multimedia content. Stayed a total of 8 (5+3) nights - this was my base for exploring Moldova. Located a short walk from the main railway station, many shops and restaurants, and a longer walk from the main city sights. Secluded and quiet location. Very spacious rooms. Amenities included refrigerator and electric kettle. Sufficient number of electric outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk areas. Bathroom with everything in working order in the first room, slow draining shower in the second room. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. As for the negatives, both rooms were on the top floor and had sloped ceilings and sky lights. Especially in the second room, the sloped ceiling came down very low especially near the table area, and I hit my head a couple of times. The sky lights make using an eye mask essential if you don't want to wake up very early. Both rooms had big metal saddles between the room and the bathroom, which can cause tripping, especially at night. Good wifi. Pleasant, helpful staff. Overall a very good value.

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

My stay at the hotel : No elevator , no toiletries , no napkins , no water . Good thing next to it , go and buy .Everything on the site says that is included in the cost , and not in the living.The only plus is pure . In the bed room , the mattress is terrible , all in springs , it is impossible to lie . On the respiratory girl Yulia , not welcoming , not even greeting and this staff member is respiratory ? ! It's as if she came home to her. The appearance is not fit for the hotel , not presentative , not even a badge of name (and I am 4 stars for a minute)It doesn't even sit in its workplace , it is always not on the respiratory.I want to pay attention to the hotel management , Whom they take to work .And so you can stay without customers .I do not recommend anyone for such money ,stay in this hotel .

Good location and good service

The service was nice, the duty administrator answered all questions politely and correctly. They went to the room, told everything and showed. Also quickly in the morning took the number when expelled.

After coming by night bus from Kew to Xinau, I tried to check in in the morning and passed it smoothly. The interior is old, but the location is in the center of the city, and the twin bed is about 7400 yen, so I think the cospa is good. The minus points are that Wi-Fi is weak and there were no detailed amenities.

The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun. And then the little things: 1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill. 2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing. 3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on. 4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.
