L’hotel si trova nel pieno centro della capitale della Repubblica della Moldavia , sulla strada Ismail, una delle principali arterie stradali di Chişinău, in una zona piena di negozi, ristoranti, supermercati, fermate dei mezzi pubblici, vicino ai principali punti di forte interesse turistico. Lo staff è gentilissimo, disponibile a risolvere tutti i problemi dei clienti. Un particolare ringraziamento va rivolto ad Olga della reception, che, oltre a essere gentile, cordiale , molto professionale, mi ha procurato anche dei bellissimi souvenir di Londra. La camera è pulita in modo impeccabile, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comodità.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, apenas podía sacar la silla para poder sentar a escritorio. En la recepción una de poca profesional. Precio muy alto para lo que es. No tiene restaurante, y en la entrada hacia un calor(en la calle 37)pero no ponia aire acondicionado.

I have been a business traveller for over two decades; averaging some years 120 nights of travelling. This is by far the worst hotel I have every see. There is NO inteneter service, the room is not clean does not look like the pictures at all. The internal phone system does not work. The fromt desk is rude. And I have seen other clients at the lobby complaining that they have not been receiving internet service.
