The biggest issue with this hotel is that several of the rooms have no curtains. So very early in the morning, you'll get super bright daylight! We've complained about it and they gave us a different room, which we initially thought didn't have that problem but... we unfortunately noticed later it was the same! Also, the two rooms we got were both having very unpleasant sewage smell Still putting 3 star because the new room they gave us was much better overall than the original one.

Had a 2 days stay in this hotel and we enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. Even the Hotel is positioned in the center of the city, it was very silent o the territory. The Hotel has an wonderful terrace, we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner there. The food is very tasty and the prices are more than ok. Will definetely come back

Good location, located in the center. The rooms are quite spacious, you sleep like a child in that crib)). It is clean and tidy. The staff is kind and friendly. There is no bathtub instead it is shower, I like more the shower. It is a restaurant and several terraces. Breakfast is diverse, everything tasty. I definitely recommend spending the night with them.

Situated on a secondary street makes to be a very Quiet place !First impresion : everything it's very familiar& clean ! Rooms are big . Cleanliness is perfect . Towels impeccable. Staff friendly . Right price for quality that maybe all of us are looking nowadays.

We definitely do NOT advise people to stay at the Vispas Hotel Chisinau because there’s a thief in the hotel which can open your room safe with the emergency key. I stayed at this hotel with my wife in this hotel from 2 through 6 September in room 212. We put our keys, passports, spare phone and cash money in our hotel room safe using a private chosen 4 digit pin code. The cash we stored in this room safe was 600 € and 2200 RON. After a few days we discovered that 500 € was missing (6x 50€ bills). The discovery was facilitated due to a note on which my wife keeps track of how much money we kept in the safe. The safe was not forced open. So, somebody of the hotel staff using the emergency key must have opened our safe and took the money. We informed the hotel reception about this. After 3 days we still have not heard from the hotel.

They stole my money: 500 euro from the safe in the hotel room. I stayed at the Vispas hotel with my husband, from the 2nd until the 6th of September 2022. I put my money and the pasport in the safe in the hotel room, after the personell had assured me it was safe, because they have video cams to monitor. I put in the safe 600 euro and 2200 Romanian lei, on the evening of the 3rd of September, and I also wrote these amounts on a piece of paper. On the morning of the 5th of September, when I wanted to take money out of the safe, I saw that there were 500 euro missing. I only found in the safe 100 euro and the 2200 romanian lei. At the reception they promissed me to investigate, because they have video cams. I haven't heard from them yet, even though 3 days have passed since I left. I do not recommend you this hotel, because it is very clear that the thief had acces to the safe with a key, because the safe was not forced.

Hotel's location is great - you can reach the city center by foot in 10-15 minutes. Very quiet place. Rooms are big enough, clean and well maintained, breakfast is also good - not wide choice, but taste. Will stay again.
