The arrival experience is the highlight. The hotel looks tired and rooms, corridors are not clean. The bed linen and towels are fresh but all the surfaces are dusty. There are cobwebs everywhere. The staff at the restaurant are attentive and willing to help. Tried the breakfast and dinner buffet it can get better. The view from the rooms are nice but the windows have been been cleaned. Nice property but not maintained at all.

What a nice location - between lake. Once you reach there, forget everything.. Nice hospitality. Staff much co-operative render services with smile. Food is superb and yummy. ONLY PROBLEM IS WIFI. Though they provide free wifi, but it is not working !!! Must do something to rectify.

Management needs to improve the cleanliness
Unfortunately the property is terribly maintained.
there is an odour of bats & pigeons in the corridors, it definitely needs a rehaul in terms of maintenance & proper upkeep & cleanliness. I would understand that it is difficult, however there is great potential in such a stunning property of amazing historic value, only if the management took it seriously. There was a rat in the a air conditioning unit - video attached (Room 124)

Amazing and courteous staff! Great property with a awesome lake view. Would recommend this property for a fun outing with your friends and family The food here is good, although there's a scope for improvement There are game option for children and adults like snooker, carom board, chess etc

It is a good experience with the resort. Location is good. Peacful. Staff is humble and cooperative. Pool is good. Food is amazing and most importantly, Mr. Vijay who was always there for any help from the front desk. Art pieces on the walls are not the arrificial, instead it was real paniting. For a family it is best getaway.

The look and feel of the property is awesome as the property is situated around the lake. There are good spots for photography, and the property has a large space in the middle,that can be used for hosting parties,dance events and cultural sects. Staff was very courteous and kind. I stayed in a suite room, having a swimming pool view from the window. They also have a conference room to drive meetings.Also it is a heritage property,so you will find many antiques and paintings with in the property. Food was average in taste, but I tried some peculiar rajastani dishes as well. Overall experience was really good, enjoyable and memorable.Itinerary of one night/2 days is good enough to cover the side scenes around the property.

Nice property to stay in middle of the lake.. Big rooms with all facilities ... Heritage feeling in property.. Nice food and obedient staff.... Nice swimming pool attached towards lake.... Good indoor sports.... Chittorgarh is nearest place to visit...

I stay for 2 night with our Travel association other agent & love the hospitality, perfect place to have royal experience stay in budget. Friends and family love to stay in lake palace hotel. We group had a fantastic evening party with Rajasthan dance show & enjoyed disco floor with flow of liquor.

Front office staff specially Mr. Vijay is very helpful and decent person. The Room service is very quick, food is yummy ,ambience resort location between aravalis is beautiful. Entry through boat is a wonderful experience. Rooms are well maintained.
