I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The air-conditioning did not work and they asked to change me the rooms several times as a solution. This happened in the night from 12:30 to 2:30, disturbing my whole night. I was not at all satisfied with the service and found my stay wasted. Please think before booking stays with these hotel.

The rooms are not maintained especially the bathrooms which is not clean and smelly, when we asked them to clean the bathroom, they just poured water without any soap or cleaning agent. Ac in one of the rooms was not working. The tea which was served to us was stale. It's made a long time back and they just reheat it and serve when the customer asks. The food menu has lots of items including non veg but when we asked them for a non veg item, they stated that the non veg items in the menu are only to comply with the hoteling regulations and not served in house. Lastly, well before the stay is over they asked me to give them five star rating even without serving properly. Overall not a pleasant stay
