I ***** with my family stayed at the hotel. It is situated near fort. Food are very good. Amenities are ok. Services are good

The staff did their job and were friendly. I had cockroaches in the first room and i was able to change it without any problems. The food in the restaurant was good.

No room clean no washroom clean no break fast proper never we suggest any stay there is no clean bead sheet have discussed regarding issues

Property does not have it's own building, both suites were not the same. Nothing was like a suit. The bath tub was installed in one suit but not operational whereas another was missing. Tv was not working. In the toilet only towels were there and the bed cover was in only half of the bed. Breakfast was with poha and poori only. I talked at reception but the only reply came that many things are not operational. Parked car beside building but in morning garbage and dirty oily water on the car which cost rs 500 for washing. Overall terrible experience in chittorgarh. Is a basic hotel you can go for deluxe room but don't go for suit. Not worth the money spent.

Bathroom cleaning issue, bathroom not closing properly, water flow of all tapes not working properly. Bedsheet are average and not properly clean. I can provide below average for a good business hotel. But at the same time, service is good, parking available.

Location of the hotel was good. Room service was good. Staffs are cooperative. Place was neat and clean. But there is ventilation issue in the room.
