They didn't even have towels available. Lights were not working in the room and even a person was not available to give a response.

Lovely hotel
lovely hotel and staff breakfast and was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials hotel central everything we needed for a short visit to helsinki

Very poor service, no facility for breakfast, poor connectivity specially in night. Dirty bed linen, rooms, overall not fit for stay. Will never recommend.

We booked the hotel for a night and it was an average stay overall but they could definitely improve the service for the amount charged since the a/c wasn't working in the room and the room looked average. Usually there is a power cut and they don't switch on the generator. Also they can improve the quality of the breakfast. I guess one can find better hotels in the place at the same price.

The room was smelling, electricity was a problem, generator was switched on on request, waterlogged in bathroom and very filthy entrance and lobby, staff all over in lobby loud and careless about guests presence. Pathetic experience. Will not recommend anyone on this. Thnx.

The group I travelled with stayed here 1 night.....don't waste your money it was disgusting. All my bedding was not clean. The pillows were stained brown inside the pillow case. The blanket had insect crustations on it. 👎👎👎👎 Wires hanging out of the wall - no room phone or TV. Shower was useless.
