Really lovely hotel. Not too big and plenty of space. We were lucky that it was not fully occupied so lots of sunbeds with huge cushions - they started putting out more sunbeds so occupancy must have been due to increase. Lots of good quality food, buffet always replenished and catering staff were lovely. Waiting staff worked so hard, efficient and polite, quick to serve drinks at the table. Not many bar staff but no waiting, lovely cocktails and international branded spirits. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Great beds and linen. Had to work to get the air conditioning working properly but fine. It is a bit remote but local buses are frequent and very cheap - got buses to the Tomb and Kings and Kato Paphos/marina. Entertainment team were so enthusiastic and worked so very hard to entertain the guests. Plenty of quizzes by the pool. Night time entertainment was low key but was getting much busier. Really need to manage the pool towels. Did not have to return towels in order to get clean ones hence they were just left on the sunbeds/floor and used towels were still there the next morning/during the day.

Honest review: Hotel is okay but let's start with the rooms. We upgraded to a superior sea view room but it's more like sea glimpses through the swimming pool and the parasols. Sea view apartments, in my experience, are normally on the higher floors, not ground floor. The towels are frayed and stained as was our bath. One of our dining chairs was broken and you couldn't sit on it. We had no pool towels to use for our first day as they were being laundered. Maybe pack a towel just in case. One of the pools is meant to be for adults but children were in it. The signs in the room say no inflatables in the pool but there were inflatables to dodge everywhere. Management, don't say no inflatables and then allow everyone to use them. Right, restaurant attire....it seems anything goes despite the hotel website requesting appropriate attire to be worn. Again, why stipulate these regulations if no one enforces it. I don't expect the hotel to be run like a prison camp but it's frustrating for people if others flout the 'guidelines' The Meze restaurant on site is not open every day and was booked up, so book on your first day to reserve a slot. The evening entertainment is the norm that you get, however there are not enough tables and chairs to accommodate all the guests, so get there early. There is a shuttle bus that runs most days, be warned though that you need to queue early to get on it otherwise you have to wait 30 mins for it to return. Finally, I can't fault the staff, they were lovely and helpful.

Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Shout out to Katerina on entertainment team. Lovely girl who works hard, and loved chatting to us both . Entertainment for adults quite sparse in the evening. Definitely room to improve which would make the holiday a lot more memorable and fun. Fortunately, there was other holiday makers to make friends and chat to. Not a lot going on outside the hotel in walking distance. Through the day a free shuttle bus can take you into Paphos town centre, which was a nice place to visit. Hotel needs a little updating, but the whole hotel was constantly cleaned daily, and in the evening which was good to see . Food ok, but could be luke warm, when it should be hot, which for me was then inedible. Bed comfortable. Avoid room 181 if you are not a lover of cats in any way, as they were constantly on our balcony with their kittens. In the end, we moved rooms on the 3rd day of our stay. Stayed during the heatwave, which at times could be unbearable . Thank god for the pool and sea . Overall a good holiday, worth the visit .

We booked this hotel after an excellent stay at a Louis hotel in Protaras. The staff at the Louis Breeze were extremely friendly and helpful on Reception, Claudia the Head Waitress went above and beyond and we really enjoyed the daily Water Aerobics. Our meal in the Meze Restaurant was lovely, the sea bass was cooked to a much higher standard than our local award winning hotel, the waitresses here too were excellent. A real highlight of the holiday was the morning trip to the Blue Lagoon. There were some real negatives too. The hotel in Protaras warned guests that all towels would be removed from the sun loungers, this wasn’t the case here where approximately 50% of towels were left on sun loungers by the main pool which was a real nuisance. The pool side toilets in Protaras were spotless, the toilets by the adult pool certainly didn’t fit into that category and the toilet in our room was so close to the shower screen it could only really be used by left handed guests! The hotel is by the sea but beach shoes are a real must if you want to swim or paddle.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our maid Rebecca was so thorough & pleasant. The animation team were brilliant especially Alexandra . Loved all the fun in the pool. The food was delicious, we really appreciated every meal. Our room was large and overlooked the pool , the side sea view rooms were not as good. The company should buy new yoga mats and get some lighting outside so we can see the entertainment at night is my suggestion. I would have liked a nice sandy beach but there was a sea pool. No shops nearby . Nevertheless we had the most relaxing week here

Stayed at this place due to the mainly positive reviews and because we’ve stayed at Louis hotels before. No welcome at reception as mentioned by other guests. The room would not lock so we asked to change rooms, the big guy with the beard at reception was rude throughout and always seems miserable. Huge respect to Vlad on reception, he’s only 17 but so polite, helpful and respectful. The room we eventually moved to was not a sea view that I paid for and the air conditioning was so loud we. Had to turn it off. The adults only pool is very nice, very relaxed, however the staff still let children in here and do nothing to respect the fact it’s an adult only pool. We enjoyed our stay but think our lack of welcome and the room issues let the place down.

Hello,I would like to share my positive experience at this hotel and express my gratitude to Nona, the cook with a big heart and always a friendly smile. She is my favorite cook. A big thank you also to the young boy Vlad, the security guard (an older gentleman), and the masseuse Bing. Thanks to their kindness, I had a pleasant stay. Their friendliness greatly contributed to making my stay enjoyable and relaxing. The setting is very pleasant and conducive to relaxation.Thank you to the entire team!

We stayed as a family in July/ August 2023. Whilst I am aware that the hotel now has a new manager and there will be many changes in staff I promised I would post a review and so here it is (but apologies for it being so late!). We had a great time. The staff were so welcoming - for the full two weeks we were looked after so well and were sorry to leave. It was so good we booked for 2024 the day after we got home - which was a first. The entertainments team along with the rest of the staff worked so hard. Yes the hotel needs some TLC in some areas but overall was fantastic. We stayed in a pool/ side sea view (first floor room) which had everything we needed. The family pool was lively but not too overwhelming and enabled easy access to the pool bar, toilets and even our room when needed. We did go down early for our sunbeds but we saw people come down later in the day and still find beds. The two visits we paid to the Mezze restaurant were superb and it was a nice treat although the main buffet restaurant was always good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only areas for improvement we really identified were the entertainment room which needed some modest maintenance but it did not detract from the fantastic shows the team put on. Secondly as we could not get a late checkout from our room we were told we could use the showers and changing facilities in the spa/ indoor pool area. This was quite small and very humid and so we did not feel super refreshed ahead of our journey home but we could still make the most of the all inclusive right up until the last minute which was lovely. Special mention to Laur, Sophia, Irene, and of course Maria Vroullou who gave our son the best hugs! Thanks to Louis Paphos Breeze for a fantastic holiday. We really hope we have another amazing holiday when we visit in 6 weeks or so.
