This hotel was lovely. We had an amazing time. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The food was fantastic so much variety and so much flavour. We spent most time in the pool as it was rather hot. The room we stayed in was kept beautifully clean and tidy everyday of our stay. The only 2 tiny ******* there should be a non slip bath mat in the baths and maybe extra pillows

After I read all the negative reviews I was anxious about going. We had a fabulous 10 days here, the food was lovely, never done All Inclusive before, staff friendly especially Soulis at the pool bar. The hotel was clean, reception staff friendly and helpful.. We had the most perfect view from our balcony of the sunsets.. Will definitely return here..

We spent a week here all inclusive! We had an amazing week and thought it was such good value for money. We definitely got our moneys worth on the drinks alone. Breakfast wasn’t the best but the other meals and snacks were lovely! Most of the staff were lovely and really helpful. The view of the sea is beautiful (be sure to watch the sun set from the grass area overlooking the sea). The rooms are slightly dated but beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Prince the hotel cat came for strokes every evening, so be sure to pay him lots of attention! There is entertainment on each night which was really good. The bus is super easy to coral bay and paphos town, just over on the main road. All in all a great stay!

Arrived last night. Staff are lovely but this hotel may have been good when it was built but it’s probably 30+ years overdue a full refurb as everything looks sad and old and it doesn’t look cared for. Travelling with my disabled husband and the hotel is not disabled friendly. Have contacted the Rep to try and get moved. Totally disappointed to have spent as much, travelled so far and ended up here. I’m surprised and annoyed this hotel is even being offered by the travel agent.

We booked this holiday back in January and as we approached our arrival date I was worried with some of the reviews. However, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and these bad reviews were being so nit picky! We arrived 2 and a half hours late at 12:30am due to a delayed flight and the man on reception couldn’t have been better! Wish we had got his name but he’s an English man who only works nights. He was very helpful and quick to get us checked into our room and there were sandwiches and apples left in our fridge and a bottle of water which was great as we were worried we’d have no water on arrival. Rooms- I don’t know why the rooms get so many bad reviews? People say they are dated and old fashioned, I would say there is nothing wrong them? Just because the cupboard doors are wooden doesn’t mean the rooms are dated, the bedding was clean and room clearly freshly painted, it was so spacious too and the bed was huge and wasn’t two single beds pushed together! We were in the main building on the first floor overlooking the outdoor restaurant and entertainment area and we couldn’t hear anything from our room, the music was loud but the walls and doors were thick so that when you closed the door behind you in the room you heard nothing. We had no issues with bugs in the room, yes there’s no slip mat in the shower but you just need to be careful, towels weren’t super soft but they did the job of drying you off, and the shower occasionally went a bit colder or hotter but what do you expect when there’s 100 people showering at the same time! Food- typical all inclusive stuff. The breakfast and lunch was your average cereals and fry up, chicken and pasta dishes. Dinner was a different theme every night and the only night we weren’t very impressed with was Italian night but every other night it was delicious and there were so many options. Snacks served during the day were great too and meant if something didn’t tickle your fancy at lunch you could just have the snacks. All inclusive drink list was fab, so many cocktails and I’m fussy with beer but the beer on draft was very good. Location- I don’t get how people said it’s in the middle of no where, there was a 24 hour supermarket a 3 minute walk away along with some restaurants and bars on the street, the bus stop is right next to the supermarket and buses run every 10/15 mins until 00:15 that take you everywhere for €2 single tickets so it was no hassle. We got the bus up to Coral Bay and down to the Harbour and to Aphrodite Water Park. We asked reception for some help on how the buses worked and they were so helpful and informative that we really couldn’t go wrong. Staff- the staff here were amazing, of course having already mentioned reception staff but the cleaners did a great job of cleaning the rooms, we didn’t have much interaction with the entertainment staff as we are a couple in our 20s but the kids seemed to love them and there were activities such as aqua gym and water po

After reading the mixed reviews of this hotel I was a bit sceptical, but don’t believe all you read! We had an amazing time from the second we landed. Room was spacious and clean with air con. We had a pool view and great balcony. There was plenty of storage and a fridge. The maids came 5 times a week and provided fresh towels and bedding. Food was 5* something for everyone. Themed Buffett nights every evening. Food was always fresh and hot. The pool bar served all day with fresh toasties, salad, burgers chips and something for the kids. Entertainment - WOW!!! A massive shout out to Alex and his amazing humour and energy and Maria (my daughter !!) who was beautiful and friendly with a cheeky sense of humour. Will miss your smile! The hotel is relaxed and chilled and I didn’t want to leave. We met some lovely families and memories that will last a life time. There is water sports down on the beach which is a 5 min walk away. We can recommend the parasailing and jet skis and the guys down there were really friendly and kind. We joined in with some games (French boules and aqua gym) and my partner came home thinking he was the Bowling champion !! I went for my 50th birthday with my partner and parents and we did nothing but laugh. I had a bottle of champagne and fruit in my room which was a nice surprise. We would defo recommend this hotel, yes it’s not 5* luxury but the atmosphere, staff, food and location is perfect. Thank you for an amazing holiday team Eleni xx

Stayed here for a week on 8th June 2024, definitely not 4 stars barely a 3. Pros pool big and staff friendly , weather very hot. Location is out of the way no access to beach only if you go by bus but easy enough once you get used to it. Rooms are large but as people mentioned needs upgrading n modernising badly, our bathroom had a massive leak from upstairs room causing it to flood from the ceiling on numerous times but the reception got it fixed and cleaned up once reported. Food is ok nothing to rave about it does get repative but there is something for everyone and staff were putting fresh food out all the time, complaint be only one toaster and one drink machine for breakfast hotel needs to invest in 2 or 3 especially when people are arriving and it's busy. Staff are pleasant and serve you drinks while you eat but I was often left with with my partner and not asked then a family or another couple would be asked if they would like a drink while we were sat there waiting. There is certainly not enough toilets by the pool only 2 one in reception its like a truck down to indiana jones cave it's that far to walk. The pool bar has no toilets located near it so you have to then walk the full length of the pool to use the pool toilets and only has 1 toilets available so if your best option to try and be near your room. There is entertainment on throughout the day like water polo n kids get kids club and activities. Evening entertainment was tbh in my opinion not the best but I didn't expect much for the price we paid. Best night we had was when the entertainment team was off and it was like a disco and dancing night by club jumbo. Wide choice of drinks available again friendly staff downside if they run out of glasses plastic cups but the small party ones so your guna have to like getting a strong vodka or rum etc. Pool tables indoor pool were broken or out of use for entire duration. Air-conditioning in reception is awful 2 small units that provide no air so when your checked out we had an 8pm pick up at night and had to wait for out coach everyone was absolutely roasting and it not pleasant in 30 degree heat. We asked keep room on but it's pot luck if they have the space they will let you bit we couldn't so out of room from 12. This hotel could be really great if they invest some money into it and update it like the surroundings hotels pathos is hot and lots to do but this just needs investment and it would be a 4 star.
