2nd visit to the Leonardo Laura and sadly it will be our last. Entertainment programme this time has really let it down and we've had to leave the hotel to find other things to do. I have a lot of dietary requirements, last year they were really helpful, this year their attitude is, if you want something different then pay for it. They did accommodate me with a plain pizza, no sauce and a plate of tuna in the evenings we stayed in the hotel, which is a bit naff considering we paid 6k for this holiday. Good stuff- pools are fab, breakfast food is really good and rooms cleaned daily. Location is not great, and now the bus service has changed, you have to catch 2 busses into the harbour at dbl the price.

Positive;Beautiful clean resort. Great food and view Negative;beach needs an upgrade especially for people to go in and out of sea safely - sun umbrellas need to be bigger and there need to be enough umbrellas;one pool needs to be for adults only as there is enough space We had reserved the room till 4 pm but somehow we had to abandon our last lunch to check out as the rooms were taken...pity as a relatively relaxing holiday ended in chaos to get our things together and out of the room so our holiday ended on a sour note

You have everything in the hotel for kids or for pairs. If u come to rest this is the place u dont need to go out. All included meals with a great variaty to choose from, variaty of sneaks, pizzas', sandwiches, drinks and more. There are 4 swimming pools, for adults, kids and babies. You have a water park which is so cool. A clean wide rooms. Very nice crew. Souveniers store with logic prices. Videos games room for kids, SPA and more. Very recommended and we'll be back for sure! We stayed for 4 days and it was great!

Although the main restaurant section was little bit crowded, the employees in every level were doing their best to help. The rooms were full clean. Special thanks to the daytime reception manager and polite lady cleaners Artemis and Galina at our room floor.

Hotel too crowded, not enough umbrellas by the pool, and some of them were in very poor state. We booked the late check out only to be told on the last day that it was not available. Booking showed it was confirmed. At no point were we informed that it is subject to confirmation. Access to beach from hotel is closed. There are works going on at the beach, no indication if this on their site. Will definitely not consider staying at this hotel again.

Katerina was perfect for me and my daughter. Very professional. I recommend her for her good job that see do. The place is good clean my only complaint is that the prices for the services are a bit high. despite this, everything else is very good. personal i felt relax.

I had a fantastic experience at the Leonardo Laura Splash Resort and the Water Park,thanks to the exceptional lifeguards. They were vigilant,professional and friendly,ensuring everyone’s safety while maintaining a positive atmosphere.Their presence made us feel secure,allowing us to fully enjoy our day.Kudos to the lifeguard team for their hard work!💛

This hotel is absolute beautiful , we love the sea front . Katrina was so lovely always made us feel welcomed and had a really nice conversation down at the pool bar . The rooms are lovely , air coned the only negative is two single beds pushed together . Our room was always cleaned fabulous but on the odd occasion as we would come up from the pool around 5pm it wouldn’t be . Plenty to do around the surrounding area I recommend the Adonis waterfall and zoo those were our favourites . Food is always an option and drinks were perfectly fine . We didn’t need to wake up for a sun lounger but towards the end it had got a lot busier . The only downfalls of this hotel are the mini fridge aren’t restocked and with all inclusive you don’t get bottles of water and entertainment. The entertainment if fine for kids but around the day entertainment could be more enthusiastic and so could the night time . Apart from those tiny things we had a wonderful stay for our first holiday away together
