Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them! The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

The staff were not polite, they were miserable it doesn’t take a lot to say good morning and smile, this wasn’t just a few staff members it was them all except for the two on pool bar, the food was the same type day in and night time, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to family and friends. The pool was that cold you could only stay in for short while the children were shivering when in pool.

We spent five unforgettable days in a wonderful hotel, enjoying the comfort of the all inclusive package. The children had a fantastic time as the hotel offered a wealth of activities and entertainment. There were plenty of pools with slides, perfect for endless play, while the afternoons came alive with parties and spectacular shows from an amazing troupe of dancers. The atmosphere was always lively and fun guaranteed for the whole family. It was truly an experience that I would highly recommend to any family with children, as everything was just perfect!

Huge hotel and loads to do, all of which runs like clockwork. We were slightly nervous having read some awful reviews, however everything was perfect throughout. Our room had a great balcony to watch the sunset, comfortable beds including the roll out bed for our child. Quiet solid walls, only down side noise wise was the chairs moving about in the room above (like nails on a chalkboard - needs soft feet adding to them) Everywhere was clean and hotel staff are consistently discretely busy in the background working hard all areas. Food choices were wonderful and different day to day. We ate really well and loved the healthy variety as much as the deserts! The water park was brilliant fun, there was plenty sun beds free around the back by the wave pool (wave pool is broken but still a great pool) which was a perfect area to chill out in whilst keeping an eye on kids and hearing the screams of the adults using the slides. Always able to eat all day long and even though we checked out before we could have dinner, little Italy was there to kept us well fed before heading to the airport. We didn’t book any of the restaurants as the all inclusive food was more than enough, though friends booked them and enjoyed their experience. I would recommend ear protection if you’re a sensory soul, the restaurant does get very loud! Don’t bother upgrading the drinks package as they have more than enough on offer already. Be very careful entering any tiled area of the wave pool or toilets by the slides - saw a few folks slip on them and hurt themselves. Life guards were good fun and do such long shifts. Bar and restaurant staff work very hard and do an excellent job. Can’t praise them enough. The sea was warmer than the pools and the wave breaker sheltered area of sea to enjoy floating about swimming and snorkelling in was heaven, lots of fish to see but not the easiest to get into to so if you’ve mobility issues re think the location if you crave the beach, it’s a bit of balancing act to get in here over the rocks. I would definitely love to return to this hotel. It has massively improved since I was here last 18 years ago and so glad we had such a wonderful time. There’s always stuff to moan about in life but very little at this place. Well done LLB Hotel

Room 6016 executive swim up room review. It is always clean and serviced. Our cleaner was friendly and can not fault the standard of work. Staff friendly especially security who were great with taxis and my parents visiting. Food was good a little repetitive and need to grasp the concept of carvery if you do lamb, pork etc then a little apple sauce or mint sauce wouldn't hurt. Minor I know but shame meat was lovely. If you have SEN children do 630pm as it is really echos and noise cancelling headphones. The selection of salads and puddings were great. Kids section usual selection nuggets, fish fingers, pasta, chips and sweetcorn. The pizza gives pizza express a run for its money. Pools were clean and no sunbed wars always some spare. Only fault seemed to be less lifeguards than last trip in the water park. None at the bottom of the main slides or the so called wace pool. The advertised wave pool hasn't been working for years not sure why still advertised as such. Temperature sea is warmer than pools. For October take wetsuits for little ones but bearable for adults. Entertainment the kids club if good for little ones. Lots to do but not alot of my girls ages of 8. Teen club room only 2 games consols were working sadly. Evening entertainment typical mini disco, bingo then adult. Also rather late in the evening for kids. 9pm for the parrot and fire show but they were good. We upgraded to the executive swim up room which is down in the garden section. Great size 2 bathrooms. Only fault it is very overlooked by the steps to the beach. Think we are in a fair few photos which isn't at all reasonable and it gave no privacy for my SEN children which is why we booked it. I love the concept and wasn't hugely expensive but won't rebook without the extra privacy considerations. It needs a higher wall or screening. Picture from steps. Overall another lovely stay and I would stay again but not in a swim up room.
