I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

The first floor is parking lot. Call and book in advance and put your name on the cone of the parking lot. The car can be parked to the size of Harrier. The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.

The hotel is very convenient, about five minutes away from Shinagawa Station. When you can't find it, you look up and you see the obvious sign. The rating of location depends on what you wanna see when you stay in Japan. If you wanna stay in a place that is not crowded, noisy and having a bit good view. I think you gotta love this one. It will be a bit far away from the city center of Tokyo. But all the things in here are really good, the staff are super friendly and the room is comfortable. Moreover, you don't have to worry about the difficulty of buying stuff, as there is a supermarket in front of the hotel. I really recommend you to stay in here for a night if you have a spare day or you are disappointed with Tokyo. This may really change your view. Don't just stay in the city centre.

This one really really good choice I am twenty-one years old and I have stayed at House ikebukuro around 7 nights for exchange program in Tokyo. This accommodation is every terms. - Price: is really lower when compared the facilities in the house - Hotel Convenience: really clean! With full of facilities such as bathroom things, drinking, slipper everything !! I really love it. Also, it has a free breakfast !! - Location : really good because of its close to exit a lot - Service: really really impressive !!! Really good take care from staff The most impressive: Drinking machine ! You can add it on your own stuff to travel in Tokyo.

a hotel with style, dacoration of another times but shik. the room was comfortable clean and fres. the staff very polite and gentl, talking very good english. old stracture well kept in time well remodaledand still giving the atmospahere of old japan in away ,, i guess.

The hotel booked for the fire conference is in a good location and the service is very good.
