Cambien colchones y almohadas
El colchón de las camas DURÍSIMO y las almohadas fatales!!!! Ni con las 4 que había por cama (matrimonial) se lograba una altura regular, el relleno súper ligero. Ambas cosas son cuestión de gusto, nos las alucinamos! Tampoco nos agradó el difusor de aroma (demasiado intenso). El hotel ofrece servicio de fiestas y banquetes y el estacionamiento es insuficiente y Descuidan el servicio para los huéspedes! El trato amable y diligente. La limpieza de áreas comunes y habitación perfecto.

Situación de la habitación
En general para una noche un buen hotel. Las incomodidades fueron que no hay ganchos ni plancha en el hotel.
Almohadas chicas, cuadradas y duras.
No hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción.
No hay toallero por lo que tienes que poner la toalla sobre el mueble

La habitación muy sucia, había animales en el hotel no quisieron cambiarme de habitación. Fue horrible hospedarnos en ese hotel

Habitación muy sucia en especial bajo las camas.
Baño resbaloso sin jerga o tapete.
Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador.
Nos tocó ver cómo una señorita de recepción después de atender un huésped por teléfono decía: como chingan!

Hotel falto de mantenimiento
EL hotel es grande, y comodo, esta muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones estan grandes, comodas y limpias, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, paredes descascaradas, cortinas viejas y mal puestas, cortina del baño pequeñita y muy vieja falta de agua durante una mañana por un rato. Muy oscuro a pesar de tener lamparas con sensor inteligente, caminas mucho en los pasillos oscuros hasta que la luz se enciende. Hotel que podria estar muy bien pero le falta mantenimiento.

Decepcionante
Muy decepcionante, por la ubicación pensamos que estaría mucho mejor pero no! Los cuartos no tienen clima, las camas súper incomodas y con las sabanas rotas, las almohadas horribles, ni siquiera son almohadas son cojines. En la habitación no habían toallas y tuve que pedir a recepción, las que me llevaron estaban viejas y deshilachadas. Muy mala experiencia. No me volvería a hospedar ahí.
