I stayed at his house for 6 days this Spring Festival. The triple room I lived in front was old and very spacious. Staying in a newly renovated 2-person room behind, the decoration style feels like home. Not far from the No. 3 subway station, the location is also good. The little sister at the front desk was very good. In short, very satisfied.

After comparing online, I felt that this was a very cost-effective hotel. It was very close to the light rail station. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk guy upgraded the room for free. The service was very considerate. During the Spring Festival, they also gave me free fruit milk. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Very satisfied! Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the room. I will have time to comment after I get home.

The moment I stepped into this e-sports hotel, I felt like I had entered a paradise for e-sports enthusiasts!
The layout of the room is simply too good, with all the professional e-sports equipment available, high refresh rate monitors, sensitive mice and mechanical keyboards, which instantly made me feel like a ”professional player”. The seats are so comfortable that I can stay in good shape during the fierce battle, as if saying ”Hold on, we can win”!
The environment of the hotel is very quiet, and the sound insulation effect is superb, allowing me to devote myself to the world of games without being disturbed by the outside world, and to ”show my skills”. The hotel also provides free mineral water and drinks, which can replenish energy immediately after the battle! ! ! So considerate!
Moreover, the service here is also very considerate. The staff is warm and friendly, and they are on call at any time, just like the ”assistants” in the game, always providing help at critical moments. Afternoon tea will also be delivered to your room!
The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to quickly ”recover blood” and replenish energy after the fierce battle.
In short, this e-sports hotel is really great! Both the hardware facilities and the service quality are impeccable. Next time I will ask my friends to come together and play until dawn!

Excellent location, right next to metro line number 3 which connects straight to Airport. We had to wait until 2pm to check in just as it was mentioned in hotel description, so early check ins might not be as common as other places.
The only confusion was with the name of the hotel. They are not aware of Conrad hotel. So if you're lost and can't find the hotel name anywhereook for OYU. That's the place.

The room was very big, and there was a washing machine and a refrigerator. Although they were not used, they were well equipped. I stayed for two nights and didn't ask for cleaning the next day. The cleaners helped with the cleaning.

The newly renovated hotel is comfortable to stay in. The facilities and equipment are very new. The rooms are smart and the hair dryer is from Dyson. The hotel has an underground parking garage where you can park for free. Our room has an outdoor terrace. You can sit here and see the river view at night. The night view of Chongqing is indeed beautiful. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep in. The room is very soundproof and you can't hear the sound of the road outside.

There are many check-in attractions not far away. The environment of the B&B is very good. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It may take a long time to wait for the elevator. After all, the floor is very high and the river view is pretty good. Opposite is Nanbin Road.

Our 2 duplex suites are located on the 35&36 floor respectively with a great panorama view of the rivers. There's a great food court and the #5 line metro station located in the basement- making the hotel easy to reach and excellent for any kind of travelers. Hotel is walking distance to the Jiefangbei Square, the Raffles Square; and close to many local attractions and restaurants. The suites are clean and well appointed; one even included a treadmill and an exercise bike. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers. We will definitely stay here again for our future Chongqing visits 👍👍👍👍👍

GGuest UserAfter experiencing the excitement of the city and the Internet celebrity feeling in Chongqing, I happened to search for Pucun! Very close to the city and the airport, Pucun made me feel why Chongqing is called a mountain city. It is really a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle! It was such a surprise. Although it was only two days and one night, the boss's design aesthetic and the B&B experience on the terraced slopes allowed us to experience many different beautiful scenery. The room is simple and has good facilities and equipment. The Dyson hair dryer is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is warm and high-end! Experience the chirping of the robin during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, as well as the bamboo forest among the pines. It just happened to rain in Chongqing. The clouds and mist in the mountains in the morning and the new rain in the empty mountains were very healing. Chongqing is really charming! Chongqing has 3D and is also a mountain city! The ingredients picked in Pucun are hard to come by. The plums just came out recently, so sweet! The butler was attentive and accompanying me throughout the whole process, very considerate! I like Pucun very much and will come to Pucun next time!

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

The building has many cool shops as well including the 云端之眼 which has a panoramic view of the city. Someone mentioned in the comments that the slippers “cost” ¥30, but it’s actually free as long as you don’t take it away.

Lots of food just around the area and shopping too! The room itself is huge and the staff were so kind to give us a free upgrade. There’s so much space to open our luggage and lounge around. The toilet is also very clean and spacious. Not to mention the gorgeous view since the hotel is on the 46th floor - you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Chongqing from the room! Overall a very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend!!

The hotel's meal price is not very friendly, and the first time I saw the hotel, I could not bring my own wine and takeaway. Eating is charged by the head, drinking tea is also, to be honest, in addition to the environment is good, other really... I like this hotel very much, I will choose to stay in the future.

SSarie BottWOWOWOWOOW location could not be better! Directly across from Raffles and the horizontal hotel towr on the waterfront. Bathtub room has an incredible view. Modern, industrial design. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or ”do not disturb”. Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.

CChenwenjingI renewed my reservation. It is very close to Chongqing West Railway Station, 3.4 km away, and 1 km away from the three subway stations of Shangqiao, Fengxi, and Fengmingshan. It is 4.5 km away from Shapingba District Railway Station. The hotel is in the community, with teahouses, hot pot restaurants, rice noodles, pork trotter rice, Internet cafes, supermarkets, and milk tea shops. The hotel is clean, large, and affordable, with thoughtful service and the boss is easy to talk to. It is available on call. All requests can be met. Washing machines, clothes drying racks, wardrobes, sofas, and cooking areas are all available. Cainiao and ** shopping points are all very close, all in the community. I will book again in Chongqing in the future.
