Quite a nice hotel, a bit beyond expectations. One room is a building, the room is very large, the facilities are new and complete, the floor heating is sufficient, the snow on the balcony and door of the room is enough for the children to play for a day, and the slope outside the room can be skateboarded, it is really fun to play in the snow ideas. The breakfast was quite rich. It was freshly cooked when we arrived at the restaurant. It came with porridge, noodles, steamed buns, snacks, and omelettes. It was impossible to finish it. The Baima Mountain Tianchiyuan scenic spot may not be well promoted, with few people, and is a very unpopular place, but this hotel gives people every reason to come back. The service is also very good. Looking forward to experiencing it again in summer

#Negative review#For room layout, sound insulation, cost-effectiveness, convenient transportation, location disappointment; hotel attitude is bad, do not give the invoice after the accommodation, contact the hotel front desk to invoice, do not reply to WeChat for two days, the hotel environment should be renovated soon. There is also a smell of formaldehyde, the wall is covered with super big cockroaches, and the mattresses on the bed are slanted!

I didn't notice before, there is no air conditioning in this price place. Room temperature 26, maybe the elderly adults feel OK, children feel hot. There are screens very thoughtful, you can open windows for ventilation. 650+ house price, configuration 2 bottles of 350ml water. The store where I have lived has the least water configuration, plus a bottle of 5 yuan. The desirable thing is that there are fewer people, the price is inconvenient, the range of options for eating is very small, the nearby farmhouse is a food group meal system, and the meal can not be ordered. Chinese breakfast, can eat full, fresh vegetables.

Wulong Railway Station and Chongqing Xiannvshan Airport are located 63km and 99km away respectively. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Chongqing hotel provides parking on site. When it comes to Chongqing hotels, the COMAN is highly regarded for its excellent facilities.

We swam for a while in the spring water swimming pool and did crafts all afternoon, and then started chicken soup dinner. There were no activities here, just everyone quietly came to read books, write calligraphy, and do crafts. Children could go to the creek to move crabs or Play in the spring water swimming pool, the ingredients are mountain spring water and freshly picked vegetables. Here is a leisurely and slow life. After the new rain in the empty mountains, the summer heat has faded and the clouds have faded.

Our 2 duplex suites are located on the 35&36 floor respectively with a great panorama view of the rivers. There's a great food court and the #5 line metro station located in the basement- making the hotel easy to reach and excellent for any kind of travelers. Hotel is walking distance to the Jiefangbei Square, the Raffles Square; and close to many local attractions and restaurants. The suites are clean and well appointed; one even included a treadmill and an exercise bike. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers. We will definitely stay here again for our future Chongqing visits 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent location and convenient transportation. It is surrounded by banks, hospitals, finance, insurance, major attractions, and a variety of snacks and meals (hot pot, Chuan Chuan Xiang, Liangshan Chicken, Chongqing noodles, etc...). The hotel is only a short walk from the Hongyadong Scenic Area. It can be reached in 8 minutes. It is a 6-minute walk from Exit 6 of Xiaoshizi Subway Station, the transfer station for Line 1 and Line 6. It is also very close to the Yangtze River Cableway, known as the "Ten Thousand Miles of Yangtze River Air Corridor". 8 minutes drive from Raffles City Shopping Center. It is an 8-minute walk from the food court. It is also very convenient if you want to take a trip to Liangjiang. This hotel is a unique high-altitude hotel; it has guest rooms and a leisure hall where you can enjoy afternoon tea with coffee, fruit, bread and other snacks and drinks. There is a laundry room: equipped with self-service washing and drying facilities. You can see the night view. Wonderful stay. Felt safe even as a solo traveller. Very convenient to attractions and public transport. There is a food street which sells amazing affordable food just downstairs. Clean and well-maintained as well. Even has a shared washing machine and dryer. Service staff are also very helpful. Definitely would come back to this hotel again! 👍🏻

GGuest UserAfter experiencing the excitement of the city and the Internet celebrity feeling in Chongqing, I happened to search for Pucun! Very close to the city and the airport, Pucun made me feel why Chongqing is called a mountain city. It is really a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle! It was such a surprise. Although it was only two days and one night, the boss's design aesthetic and the B&B experience on the terraced slopes allowed us to experience many different beautiful scenery. The room is simple and has good facilities and equipment. The Dyson hair dryer is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is warm and high-end! Experience the chirping of the robin during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, as well as the bamboo forest among the pines. It just happened to rain in Chongqing. The clouds and mist in the mountains in the morning and the new rain in the empty mountains were very healing. Chongqing is really charming! Chongqing has 3D and is also a mountain city! The ingredients picked in Pucun are hard to come by. The plums just came out recently, so sweet! The butler was attentive and accompanying me throughout the whole process, very considerate! I like Pucun very much and will come to Pucun next time!

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

The building has many cool shops as well including the 云端之眼 which has a panoramic view of the city. Someone mentioned in the comments that the slippers “cost” ¥30, but it’s actually free as long as you don’t take it away.

Hotel is convenient to many places with walking distance and daily amenities were changed . We love the washing machine and the style which feels like an apartment homely vibes. The high storeys allow you to enjoy the view of Chongqing and mesmerised by the city charm.

GGuest User10/10!! This hotel is located right at the heart of Jiefangbei, making it super convenient to access the various attractions/tourist spots (they’re all quite nearby via taxi). Lots of food just around the area and shopping too! The room itself is huge and the staff were so kind to give us a free upgrade. There’s so much space to open our luggage and lounge around. The toilet is also very clean and spacious. Not to mention the gorgeous view since the hotel is on the 46th floor - you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Chongqing from the room! Overall a very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend!!

GGuest UserTo be honest, the price of machine room 1288 is really a bit expensive, the hotel facilities are relatively old due to the long time of decoration. The hotel's meal price is not very friendly, and the first time I saw the hotel, I could not bring my own wine and takeaway. Eating is charged by the head, drinking tea is also, to be honest, in addition to the environment is good, other really... I like this hotel very much, I will choose to stay in the future.

SSarie BottWOWOWOWOOW location could not be better! Directly across from Raffles and the horizontal hotel towr on the waterfront. Bathtub room has an incredible view. Modern, industrial design. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or ”do not disturb”. Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.

Location: I personally do not like staying in central commercial areas in whichever city I decide to travel to (due to the traffic and noise), however, I still prefer to be as close as possible so as to be able to and back from the city centre without having to spend too much time and energy which would ultimately turn my holiday into a task rather than a time of relaxation -and so the location of this commercial apartment was perfect for me; 12.8km to jiefangbei 解放碑步行街 (20-30 minutes in a taxi), people’s square 重庆人民广场 (20-30 minutes in a taxi), 9km to ciqikou ancient town 磁器口古镇 (15-25 minutes in a taxi), 14.2km from the graffiti street 重庆涂鸦一条街(30-40 minutes in a taxi), 6.3km from the ronghui hot springs 融汇温泉 (15-25 minutes in a taxi). The room was also perfect for any days I did not want to go out travelling as it is a quiet, green area which is nice for walks, and in addition to that there are so many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs with anything you’d want to eat from Chongqing, and with all the daily necessities you’d need.
Room and value for money: Excellent. The room isn’t exactly luxurious, but at roughly 140 yuan per night, you get more than what you pay for. Clean, tidy, washing machine, kettle, fridge, bath towels, TV, cupboard, wardrobe, table, chairs, balcony etc. everything you need. Hot water works fine albeit the water must run for a minute or so before the water gets hot.
Service: As soon as I booked the room, I contacted the owner and she then proceeded to add my WeChat - from there on she was very attentive and replied to any message I sent her within 10 minutes and even helped me out to get the Chongqing green code when I was on the train from Shanghai. She also offered to send a cleaner to my room any time I wish if I found that my room got too messy.
Summary: Extremely satisfied, and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the main attractions in Chongqing without having to deal with the noise and traffic of the very centre of the city, and who would like the added convenience of being able to wash your own clothes without having to wait for a dry cleaner.
