客房服務極差，尤其長得像容嬤嬤那個説話很難聽，出門要一瓶水説快退房了，還要水一瓶水？也不給，房間不隔音，兩部電梯衹開一部，一直在等，全是人，根本等不上，大家開房擦亮眼睛我是鑽石會員，住過這麼多酒店，他家是最不好的感覺
