我們預訂6晚，住了兩晚便離店換酒店，理由一言難盡。我們是國外旅客，因酒店掛牌希爾頓而預訂，但還是不如人意。
優點：因希爾頓標準，該酒店的床墊，床單，被套和枕頭質量，舒適程度，清潔程度是令人滿意的。性價比不錯。
前台服務員服務效率可以，辦理入店和離店手續較快，接電話速度也快，態度良好，具有同情心和助人意識。
房間大，寬敞，有四方桌子可泡茶聊天。衞生間寬敞有超靜音排氣，免費礦泉水管夠。公共區有洗衣機使用。
早餐品種豐富，選擇多，質量一般。
缺點：酒店外環境擁擠嘈雜，位於低質量居民生活區，無序餐館商店擁擠在一起，噪音吆喝聲不停。房間衹要一開窗，噪音和附近餐館食物味道立即湧入。
雖説2023年才裝修，但房間地毯部分骯臟。早餐餐廳人流多不應鋪設地毯，早餐廳雖然明亮寬敞，但地毯相當骯臟，所有椅子污跡斑斑，在此用餐胃口不好。
房間空調無法個別調整，酒店控制中央空調的温度，所以房間冷氣不夠。工程部人員來房間檢查時，骯臟的工作鞋直接踩進你房間。
酒店的電話機是擺設，除了打給前台，一律不能撥打外線，如果你想電話預訂餐廳，或者其他電話服務，一概寸步難行，前台服務員也告訴你他們沒有辦法幫你打電話，
除非你自己有中國大陸的電話號碼，所以這個希爾頓酒店不宜接待外賓。本人也會將這種問題反映給希爾頓總部。
我們從國外回到重慶，下榻這個酒店經歷讓我們很不愉快，希望酒店管理層重視賓客意見，改進服務和提升設施水平。
