一直很滿意，但這次入住有點瑕疵。陽台門打不開然後打電話給前台也説了兩次一直沒有維修師傅過來，廁所淋浴地方積水，水蔓延至浴室門外，這次體驗感不是很良好。

轉機住了一晚，離三號客運大樓很近。房間很大很乾凈。酒店建築也算高大上。打了輛車去吃了居民區的火鍋，也不遠。

房間乾淨，陽台很漂亮

房間很乾凈，還有陽台，對於煙民來説很友好，陽台能有椅子就更好了。

Also, your coffee machine needs to be cleaned regularly. The water that comes out is very dirty. The auntie has washed it more than ten times. Environment: The environment is good overall. It looks good and high-end. I haven't been to the gym. Facilities: Overall, the facilities are relatively complete and have everything, but there seems to be no swimming pool. There are also robots, but if there are many takeouts or the takeout is large, the robot can't deliver it. Service: The cleaning auntie is very serious and has a good service attitude. It seems that the maintenance department or the engineering department can't speak well and say something irritating. The front desk service is average. This hotel can be powered without inserting a card. But there are still many loopholes.  I was staying in the room and all of a sudden the power went out. The room was pitch black and the curtains closed automatically. I was so scared that I took a flashlight and looked for the phone. I called the front desk and arranged for the maintenance department to come up. Then someone knocked on the door, and I went to open the door. Suddenly the power came on and the curtains opened automatically. I told the maintenance staff about this. The maintenance staff told me that they couldn't identify anyone in the room. I was a little confused by this. Am I not a human? What do you mean they couldn't identify a human? And they asked me questioningly. Isn't the power on now? I said, didn't you see it? I opened the door when you knocked, and then suddenly the power came on and the curtains opened slowly. Didn't you see it? The cleaning lady and the HR lady from the engineering department saw it clearly. Didn't you see it from the engineering department? Isn't it your job to ask me questions like this? Instead of asking me. Later, I moved from the 14th floor to the 12th floor, and then something happened again. The plugs on both sides of the bedside table were broken and could not be charged at all. Only the plug on the desk was good. Then I called the front desk and it turned out to be the person from the engineering department who questioned me. He tried it with his colleagues and it was indeed broken. He told me that I could either use the lower plug or the upper plug to fix it. It was very troublesome. At that time, there were three question marks on my head. What did it mean to make do? I really had nothing to say at that time. My friend came to see me, and then I took the elevator down without tapping the card. When I got on the elevator again, my card was invalid. How embarrassed I was in the elevator. I followed others up and down in the elevator until the first floor. I went to the front desk again. This should not have been made. Three or four things have happened since I checked in at the hotel. First, the power suddenly went out in the room, and they told me that it was because no one was detected. Am I not a person in the room?  Second, the plugs on both sides of the bedside table were problematic and could not be charged. Are they just for decoration? Customers were asked to lower their heads to charge, and the ups and downs caused a brain hemorrhage. I almost fell down. Third, they made low-level mistakes. As a result, the room card could not be taken. I followed others to take the elevator up and down for entertainment until I went to the front desk on the first floor to get it redone. Fourth, each room in this hotel with a king-size bed is limited to two bottles of water. If there is more water, it will be charged separately. Each room in the business room has four to six bottles of water, and if you want more, you will also be charged separately. I just want to say that I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never heard of charging for mineral water. You have opened my eyes.
