A clean and nice hotel for a short 1 night stay near the airport. The hotel offers complimentary pick up from the airport to the hotel. You can either call them (or call them at WeChat) look out for their car with the name Novotel printed on the car and the will take you to the hotel.
PS: I manage to get the WeChat ID before landing hence I called them directly on WeChat using the airport WiFi. Their WeChat ID is *******************

The room and bed were really big. It was only a short drive from the airport, would recommend this to anybody who needs a night to rest before their flight out. While they offered a free pick up service to/fro the hotel and airport, there was no way of contacting them via the Trip app or email. You need a local number to ring them to pick you up and could be inconvenient for those without a local number.

Very nice hotel, near to airport. Although it's fat away from town, but we cab order didi taxi to travel around, very convenient yo move around chongqing.

Very good place to stay for early morning flight and provide free service transport to airport.

A very nice and modern hotel. Huge and clean room with a view of aeroplanes taking off. Hotel even provides transportation to and fro the airport. Good for travellers on transit or taking red-eye flight. The downside is the limitation of dining options.

Super near to the airport. There is free pick up airport transfer. Room is clean and big. Super comfortable stay. Will strongly recommend it!

It’s really nice, they upgraded me to nicer room for free. One thing to note, nobody at reception can speak English so arranging airport pick up over the phone is very difficult and seems they don’t have an email address.
The driver picks up from T3 4th Floor Gate 3 departure level.

location perfect for chongqing airport, the rooms are well equipped , maintained and clean. very friendly and helpful staff give you a friendly welcome and assitance for any questions. the free shuttle service to airport terminals every 30 minutes is very convenient and good. big choice of fresh food for breakfast make the stay perfect. highly recommend the hotel!

Stayover for a night at this hotel to catch my early morning flight. Hotel provided free shuttle car service to airport (available at 30 mins interval).
Hotel facilitates and rooms are very new and grand. It lives up to the standard of an international brand chain. Rooms can hear the plane flying/landing noise- but gets better during late night with fewer plane landing. Overall, will recommend this hotel!

Great service, clean room, didn’t try the food, free airport pickup/drop-off service. No laundry facilities.

I booked it so I had an easier time getting to the airport. There is nothing around the hotel but the hotel staff is very kind. The room is comfortable and it suited my purpose.

booked a room and arrived late night. Staff couldn t speak english, took a picture of myself "as requiered by local rules" but took it with her personal phone.
Shuttle bus only 1 once every hours so pointless to sleep so close to the airport to get all noise from flights but only one bus every hour.
During my night i was waken up by a big butterfly who was flying all around the room, then on early morning i discovered some insects jumping around the carpet at least 2. At this point with a rush of an early flight to carch i was just glad I didn t notice anything before to sleep...Avoid this hotel!

Unfortunately , we met system down while you checking in, so our staff had to take the photo with her personal smart phone to upload it after the system be fixed. We provide shuttle bus hourly, and if you need any personalized service，please do not hesitate to contact with our guest service manager. We had to open the balcony door for ventilation after cleaning the room, we advise you close the balcony door before you have the sweet dreams. At the same time we had informed Disinfection and sterilization company deal with about insects, Please accept our sincerely apologise once again, and we hope to serve you with high standards in future.
