Location is good, easy to take bus to various attractions. Also easy to walk to a few attractions too. Metro is accessible and quite near to the hotel. A few eateries there too and food there is reasonably priced and tasty too. Lawson is just next to the hotel if need a quick bite. Breakfast selection is limited but good enough. View from the hotel balcony is nice.

We stayed in Mustel during the last leg of the trip. It was located near Jiefangbei and HONGYADONG (about 10-15 mins walk). There are food stalls just outside the hotel making it very convenient. I loved the local supermarkets around the area too. The rooms were great. We managed to get a tour of the different rooms and alll the rooms looked great. there was also a self service laundry room - a great plus if you ask me. Service was impeccable. The staff was easily contactable via Trip.com. A huge shoutout to Mandy who was a great help even before our stay in Mustel. We managed to get help from her for our Taobao orders especially when we are not locals. Got a little welcome and farewell gift from the hotel too. Really thankful for the service and staff at Mustel.

The location is great and the staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate my requests. The breakfast spread is good and filling. Definitely a great place to recharge and get you ready for a day out for business or travel! Thank you Mustel

The hotel is very close to Hongyadong and has convenient transportation. Chongqing is a very welcoming city and the front desk clerk Jiaqi is nice.

I was originally staying at the B&B opposite, but I was allergic and the hygiene was not good, so I quickly coordinated to this hotel. The hotel is really clean and hygienic, and the big window sill is also nice. Mandy at the front desk has been helping us coordinate. I can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of a four-star hotel! I highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the attractions and the subway. The hygiene is very good. The girl at the front desk is also enthusiastic to serve. She also confirmed with us the things we left in the hotel. It really feels good. I will never stay in a B&B again when I travel.

The front desk staff was very nice and sent a breakfast. Although the room was small, the layout was convenient for activities. There was a large balcony, but it was useless. There was a road downstairs, which was very noisy. People in the building opposite could see you, so the curtains were basically closed.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the bus station🚏, and it's also very convenient to go to Hongyadong, just a few minutes' walk away! The room facilities are good, with Xiaodu controlling the lights, which is very smart, and it also has a balcony, which is very good👍 Jiaqi at the front desk provided great service and recommended us routes to visit nearby, which was very considerate!

The hotel is actually good in all aspects, clean and hygienic, and the room has a smart system. It is also very close to Hongyadong, which is very convenient. I upgraded to a room with a terrace, but it was a bit noisy because of the good location near the road, but Xiaoyue at the front desk thoughtfully prepared noise reduction earplugs, which perfectly solved the problem

A very comfortable hotel with a good location, close to Jiefangbei Hongyadong, clean and hygienic, and washing machines are provided. The front desk and restaurant staff are also very friendly, especially the front desk manager Wang and Jiaqi, who received us very warmly. Overall, it's great!
