Hotel is new so it’s good. But the lobby, gym, and other facilities doesn’t turn on AC and feels so humid. The room is nice though, feels cool and clean. Location is good. Probably the best hotel you can find in wulong area.

All of us had a wonderful stay at this hotel, from helpful check-in to the warmest hospitality from the restaurant. This is our first trip to Sichuan Region and we have stayed at a few five stars hotel. This hotel definitely met our standard, if not exceeded.

The hotel is located on the edge of Xiannvshan Town, with convenient parking. There are two floors of underground parking. It is about 20 minutes' drive from Xiannvshan Park. There is a food street next to it, which is convenient for eating. The newly opened hotel is clean, with new facilities, no smell, and the breakfast is satisfactory. The suite I booked is large and the sound insulation effect is average.

Known as the only five-star hotel in town, the hardware facilities are good and very conspicuous. The key card is a bracelet that my son wears all the time. I don’t know why, but it may have some unique design. Special praise to "Manager Xiao He". I actually left my headphones on the treadmill in the gym. He found them for me and couriered them to me. Very good service awareness. Amusement parks, shooting machines, archery, and golf are a must-try.

The Cool Tribe Hotel is very nice, well decorated, and has complete supporting facilities. It is especially suitable for family outings. The children's play area and the gym on the second floor are very good. The hotel front desk is also great. I booked the wrong room. After I told the front desk lady Xiao Shitou, she was very considerate. She upgraded the room to a twin room for free. The experience was very good 👍 I will come again next time 👏

I came to Fairy Mountain to escape the summer heat at the end of August. It is the best hotel in Fairy Mountain Town. The room is clean and tidy, the house structure is well designed, there is a gym, but no swimming pool, there are many entertainment facilities, game room, electronic archery, electronic golf, I especially like his small and exquisite garden, sitting in the garden with a breeze, and there are no mosquitoes. The hotel is in a great location, on the main road from Fairy Mountain Town to Fairy Mountain Forest Grassland. The room style and layout are very good, the facilities are very new, and the fitness center and children's entertainment center on the second floor are very good.

The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from the Fairy Mountain Scenic Area. It is very convenient to eat at Fairy Street, 100 meters down from the hotel. The geographical location is excellent. When I first checked in, I was a little angry because the previous guest was too entangled and waited for a long time, but the little beauty at the front desk was very nice and well-behaved, and she put out the fire in an instant. After checking in, due to system problems, I opened the door to an uncleaned room. I was shocked, but the little brother who helped with the luggage quickly helped to solve the problem and changed the room. He kept apologizing. I took the children out in the afternoon. The cleaning lady also came to apologize and gave a small gift. Although I didn't encounter it, this kind of attention made people very moved, and I am willing to choose here again. The room is tidy and clean, and details can be seen everywhere. Details determine success or failure. No wonder this hotel is so highly rated, great! A small suggestion is to prepare a toilet mat 😉 The breakfast is very rich, with both Western and Chinese styles, but the coffee beans may be sour and not very suitable for the taste. The most regrettable thing is that I didn’t get to experience the game room on the second floor. I wanted to take my kids there to play that morning and then return home, but when I got there I found out that it only opens at 3 pm. It’s a bit of a pity. The kids kept clamoring to go play there, so I’ll leave it for next time and I’ll choose it again.

I booked two hotels during my trip to Wulong: one is the Tiansheng Three Bridges & Impression Wulong, which are must-sees and are really worth it!! So I booked Kuke for these two attractions. The second is to go to Fairy Mountain Forest Park and book Huabang Hotel in the park, which is a better experience! Comments on Kuke: The hardware is new and overall good! The breakfast room is poorly designed, with no windows and no holiday feeling! The game room is a plus point when booking, but the game equipment is poorly maintained, many of them can't be used, and there is a lack of games that children like, and they lose interest after playing for ten minutes! There is a coffee machine in the room, which is a plus! Overall satisfied.

The entire hotel is very new, parking is convenient, and the environment is beautiful. I like their natural wood design, reasonable layout of standard rooms, and comfortable bedding. We carefully selected the Kuke Tribe Hotel for this trip. Manager Xiao He contacted me on WeChat two days in advance and helped me upgrade to the best king-size room. On the day of check-in, there were fruit snacks in the room. The next day, since the return train was at 4:30, Manager Xiao He helped us delay the check-out time. Everything was very warm and I was very satisfied with the stay.
