樓有點舊，走廊也有些舊。但是，裝修時新的，我連續住了三天。因為有三個：210有房間很大；晾衣服很方便，可以再衞生間，可以在窗，還可以在走廊盡頭曬，太友好了；自駕遊，有停車場；過天橋可以去熱門景點去星光68廣場和遠東城買衣服、觀音橋好吃街買吃的、紅鼎國際打卡電子屏幕內容，附近500米有觀音橋地鐵口；樓下吃喝不愁，葯店生活用品水果 也有。
