I had a great experience with this hotel. The room was very luxurious for the price and the staff were very accommodating despite my lack of chinese. Also really great location, never had to take a taxi anywhere, only walked and took the subway.

The hotel was overall very good, very clean and located in the middle of popular commercial streets. Touristy places were also pretty close, which was very nice. The only negative aspect was that we paid more for our room in order to have a window, but it turned out to be a really small window, partly hidden behind the bed frame, with no view whatsoever and felt a little bit like a joke(it felt like we were in a cardboard box). But other than that, the hotel and room were pretty good and I would recommend.

Great location and safe area for women solo trip. I can walk to many attractions and so close to subway / shopping street. Hotel not noisy and comfortable . Room so clean and hotel maids so kind. Good location, near exit 3 of Linjiangmen station. Walk to Milkyway Hotel and can take lift to 3rd floor directly. The room size is comfortable. Free tea, water and cola were provided. Just the bathroom that cannot properly separate wet and dry zone. The hand shower was unable to use in my room.

I actually really enjoyed my stay. Lovely place and it has a very classy environment. The amenities and the bed are comfy and luxurious. Location is excellent

5 minutes walk to Linjiangmen station, lots of restaurants and shopping mall around, 10mins walk to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. Room clean amd very new.

The location is great! Near to station and city, surrounded by shops & food! Recommended!

Hotel only can provide room at third floor so I heard the noise when truck was running on the road, staff was not stay in counter at mid night. Room was wonderful compared to price. I would come back to stay again. Hotel was near bus to airport. It’s very convenient location. It’s one kilometer away from Hongyadong. Taxi always pass here. You do not need to ask anyone to help you find taxi.

First night of the stay, the room was not arranged correctly according to the booking voucher, after feedback, they upgraded the room and provided the services required. Overall the room was good and location is convenient to access the attraction.

The location is good, you can get to the subway station or Jiefangbei in 5-8 minutes. The boss' service is also very good. The room is simple and cost-effective. Will continue to come here next time.

The environment is not good. When I got up in the morning, I found a centipede about 10 cm long (see the picture below) crawling to the side of the bed. I hit it three times before it died. The hygiene is not good. There are still a lot of yellow urine drops in the toilet. The service is not good. Check-in at 12 o'clock did not follow the VIP service arrangement to check in 4 hours in advance. I had to wait for others to check out at 2 o'clock before checking in. In order to cope with the downgrade of our room specifications, there was not even a window. We found out at a glance that it was not the room we booked. Later, we could only leave our luggage at the front desk for storage. Also, takeaways are not allowed to be delivered to the door of the room. You can only go down to get it yourself. The takeaway guy is not allowed to come up. It is clear that the elevator does not need a room card to press. The robot that delivers takeaways is not from the Ibrahimovic Hotel, but from the guest room of the Galaxy Hotel upstairs. The facilities are average. The bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation. The water spilled when taking a shower. The air conditioner is effective only when it is turned on to 16 degrees and full power. I have never given a bad review to any store. This is the first one. I am really disappointed.
