嶄新的酒店，無論是硬件設備還是前台服務都是很好的，但是或許可以指出一些不足，譬如電梯衹有一台是酒店自己的乾淨的，其他的全是未打掃的貨梯，然後就是機器人送貨怎麼暫未提供服務嗎？幾次要求的東西都是由同一個人送來，多次打擾搞得實在不好意思要東西或者點外賣了。

服務特別特別好，9點鐘到的打了電話問前台能不能提前入住，告訴我可以的。7.2日上午的玲玲姐姐人特別好很温柔，下雨給我們提供雨傘。房間很乾凈很新。下次來重慶還住這裏。
