住宿四天，房務人員賀鳳娟，非的常細心，值得讚賞，前檯工作人員小秋服務好，整體住宿品質值得推薦，早餐品項選擇眾多，以後來重慶會再續住

上一次入住估計是十年前了，印象挺好所以再次來重慶還是選擇了格蘭維，果然選對了，位置交通非常便利，服務也很棒，恰好生日還送了生日蛋糕，非常的貼心；特別感謝客房服務的李英，入住後每天會收到手寫的小卡片，提醒注意事項，很温暖的管家式服務，感謝！

Room is clean and spacious. However noise insulation is not fantastic, either that or my neighbors were extremely loud. Could hear them so loud esp during the power outage period at 3am on 17 Dec, in the middle of the night. Very good location and good selection of breakfast. Check-out counter staff service was rude when I ask question about where to leave the luggage after check-out. However the baggage counter staff service was excellent.
