Beautiful hotel n views r spectacular esp at nite when the lights r up. Easy walking access to Honyadong n river walk. Excellent concierge service from staffs esp Baron who has a ready smile for everyone and always so helpful to ensure we get our taxi or Didi. Love the convenient location, to be just above Raffles City mall with lotsa food n entertainment options. Pier for the river cruises r also located here, so convenient!👍😍

very pleasant stay at ascott, staff were very helpful and our luggage butler Jack Chen was very helpful when we arrived as well when we arrived at almost midnight - its located just above a mall so its very convenient, highly recommended!

Location is amazing. Excellent service as we asked for more water and they gave readily. there’s a washing machine in the hotel too!

Very good service, very convenient downstairs shopping mall

Only need to show passport to check in and pay a deposit. Checkout was less than a min. Conveniently nside the shopping mall and just beside the MRT. My one bedroom studio is fantastic but too bad i didn’t have much time to spend in the room besides sleep and doing laundry. 😂 View from level 42.

My stay at Ascott Raffles City Chongqing was deeply disappointing and unsatisfactory. I had booked a deluxe suite expecting a city view, as indicated in the listing. Instead, I was given a room facing an office block, with such close mutual visibility that privacy concerns were unavoidable. When I raised this issue, I was informed of a "misunderstanding" in the listing and was told that to receive the room I had initially expected, I would need to pay an additional 30%. This situation was particularly frustrating, given that the oversight was entirely on the hotel's part, with no fault of my own. Moreover, I was mistakenly accused by the front reception of playing loud music one night, despite the fact that I wasn't playing any music. This unfounded complaint, combined with the lack of initiative to verify the claim before contacting me, highlighted a significant lapse in service quality. Given this experience, I advise future travelers to consider establishments that better prioritize customer satisfaction. Based on my positive experiences, the Intercontinental at Raffles City Chongqing offers a more reliable alternative.

It’s a great value and best services hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, definitely will stay again.

Nice good hotel, nice suite apartment. Soft bed good view. Downstairs is full of shopping and restaurants.

The butler Jack Chen has been of great help, assisting us in transporting the luggages to the drivers and making sure all is well. He has been very polite and smiley and ensuring we have a smooth transition from hotel to the driver we hired. All the rest of staff in the hotel have been very good too. Highly recommended! :)
