大家都知道，能夠激發人強烈評論慾望的，要麼是極好，要麼是極差。以下暴論僅針對本人入住的￥391/晚的馥·大床房。
【民宿位置繞】門口就是地鐵施工現場，民宿所處的樓棟相當於沒落的半户外商鋪，各種賣茶葉的、餐飲店由户外連廊串起，民宿混雜在其中的三樓，要花些功夫找，點外賣要跟外賣員描述半天。
【房間層高低】房間位置在民宿類似於loft的第二層，不知室內凈高是遵照的國家哪本建築設計規範，層高本就低，樑下凈高還不足1.80m，貼了軟包後實際更低，整體十分壓抑。
【房間隔音差】前面説了這是loft第二層，加之門窗隔音性能差，門前樓下大廳的吵鬧聲、人造景觀的水流聲（還有光污染），聲聲入耳。
【房間設備舊】壁掛衣架、穿衣鏡崩脱，床下環邊LED燈帶脱落，淋浴花灑角度無法調節，損壞的筒燈使本就昏暗的照明、壓抑的空間雪上加霜。
【房間衞生臟】通風孔道灰塵積絮密佈，編織紙巾盒有上輪住客留下的長頭髮，床品有血污，木質掛架發黴。

酒店很有特色，也很安靜，前台小姐姐態度很好，離地鐵站很近，可能是國慶假期的原因，價格偏高，還有房間燈光太暗，女孩子化粧還有收拾行李呀感覺有些不便，個人感覺😀
