The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, with complete facilities. For a fitness enthusiast, it is comparable to a commercial gym. The swimming pool is also very clean. Although there are more people in the pool than in the gym, the water quality is still very clean without the pungent smell of disinfectant water in other swimming pools. The service is remarkable. The room on the first night contacted the front desk because the air conditioner did not cool. I did not approve of the method of the engineering department master. At 10:40 pm, the master checked the temperature of the air outlet and told me that there was indeed a problem. Then he went to the return air outlet to remove the filter and cleaned the filter directly in the washbasin without the guest's permission. After more than 10 minutes of operation, he told me to wait for half an hour to see if it can be cooled normally before contacting them. I took my baby with me in the middle of the night. I did not contact the front desk immediately to see if there were other vacant normal rooms, but asked me to wait for half an hour. This practice really undermined the service level of a five-star hotel. Fortunately, the hotel housekeeper Chen Xue changed the next room for us in time and was very thoughtful. The next day, the hotel manager Yang Li came to the restaurant to apologize and gave children souvenirs when checking out. Although there were small episodes, the hotel's service made me very warm, and I will continue to choose here in the future!

Because I stayed for one day, I had more time to check in and had a leisurely time. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the bridge leading to Yule Town, and the cruise ship terminal is across the bridge. The room on the 8th floor of the hotel is very high, and the garden view is good. You can see the flying dragon and the Ferris wheel from the balcony. Due to time reasons, I didn't experience the Hanfu garden view photos. I will continue next time. It was a very good and fulfilling stay
