這條差評是給前台那位姓楊的工作人員，説實話，住這麼多地方還是第1次遇到脾氣性格這麼差的工作人員，不得了的那個樣子怎麼適合做服務行業？我到前台去續續個房制卡，要看她的臉色，還要等她睡醒了，好像把她瞌睡吵醒了，一副凶神惡煞的樣子，當時真的無語，我在那裡住了10多天那個房間後來酒店裝修，電鑽聲音太噪音太大是要安裝暖氣片，沒提前打聲招呼，突然就聲音很大，本身就是酒店的問題，沒有提前通知，住的有點吵，我想換一下房間還要站在前台求她半天還不願意換換房間，説話態度極語氣極其不好，一會問經理看同意不，一會兒説又要房間又要加價 ，一會又説啊換不了房間現在，我本來都住了半個多月，住的好好的是你們酒店突然裝修造成的問題，我真搞不懂她哪來的勇氣這麼給我甩臉色看的 ，第1次遇到這種前台工作人員，導致心情極差，體驗感太差了，另外兩個前台小姐姐都挺好的又有耐心，我衹能説姓楊的那位小姐姐太不適合做這份工作了

大家避雷這家酒店，我跟我朋友在週六晚上九點左右入住過後，由於他們房間清理不乾淨，導致我的雙腿從凌晨五點多出現丘疹，早上十一點多起來後發現腿上滿是丘疹，於是退房時與酒店積極溝通，酒店退一半房費，我們接受了，以為出來買葯過後會有所好轉，酒店還親切的説他們酒店門口出去第二家葯店會便宜一些，但買葯之後雙腿沒有絲毫好轉，於是第二天自行前往醫院進行檢查，過敏原明確表示是粉塵蟎過敏，我要求酒店承擔醫葯費，但酒店拒不相認推脱責任。我有充分證據證明在入住酒店之前我的腿沒有任何丘疹，也有醫院證明，醫生錄音表明我不是因為吃了東西長丘疹，而是因為粉塵蟎，但酒店還是不認，而且態度囂張。後續是攜程賠付醫葯費，經過攜程官方溝通，退了剩餘房費，但是酒店出了問題不積極溝通，推卸責任，大家入住之前還是要注意，一整個大避雷
