My experience was very pleasant! The hotel is situated in the perfect location and not too far away from the airport (about 30 minute drive without traffic). The rooms are extremely spacious, modern and very 21st century which was right up my ally. The only things I wasn't pleased about was: 1. The ayi doesn't clean the room everyday. On two occasions I cleaned my own room, made my own bed and sent images to reception as evidence. 2. Towels aren't replaced everyday. I had to ask reception for water and towels which was very annoying considering that it should go without saying. 3. Rooms don't have complimentary tea and coffee. However, on my last night I was upgrade to a "more expensive" room and noticed that those rooms had complimentary tea and coffee. Note I say "more expensive room" BUT NOTHING really different from the room I'd been in for 8 nights the ONLY difference was a better view of the river. That's it! So...Pay more to get complimentary tea and coffee😂Not like what I paid was cheap close to 4000 RMB. 4. When I was upgraded on my last night I couldn't fall asleep at all. The laundry rooms were nearest to my room and I could hear the ayis talk louder than the washing machines (they were competing). Not only that my neighbours had their surround sound turned ALL the way up. So just be mindful of this!
