The hotel's service is very good. But there was loud noise from the construction site. The location of the hotel is in the center of tourist attractions. But we have to walk up and down the stairs. 😂You can talk to the hotel staff and ask them to help you carry your luggage.

Very Nice and clean room. Staff is very responsive… met us to help us with bags during check in and check out (check out was 5am in the morning) Air-Con can be colder so not sure if it is servicing needed or other issues. As it is in 十八梯 so some climbing of steps needed but overall a good hotel.

1. staffs is friendly, helpful. 2. the location is excellent if one is travel light * 3. at lobby, one can enjoy the tea and sweets ( free for hotel guests ) * the hotel is right on the top tourist attraction ( 18 梯 ), despite the access to the hotel is a bit inconvenient, however, the hotel staffs does help the hotel guests to carry the luggages to place where one takes the public or private transportation. Very friendly and extremely helpful! We had a very clean room and also got a free late check out. The only disadvantage is that the taxi cannot drive directly to the hotel. So you have to carry your luggage a while and some stairs. All in all we can highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is at the north entrance of Shibati. There are waiters to meet us at the intersection and help with the luggage. The service is good. The housekeeper replies on WeChat within seconds. The room is also good overall, with exquisite decoration and it is relatively quiet at night.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a good environment. The night view of Eighteen Ladders is beautiful. It was the first time I came here and I walked up the stairs to find the hotel. It was a bit tiring to climb the stairs. After checking in, I found out that there was a shortcut, which saved a lot of effort.

I was passing through Chongqing and was planning to stay for one night. I happened to see a video of the hotel on **. It is located in the Eighteen Ladder Scenic Area, where you can take unlimited photos and check in, especially in the morning and evening when there are very few people. I especially like to stay close to the scenic area when traveling. Experience will save effort and time to play more. What's more, the hotel's blue brick and wooden window architecture is very retro, the interior details are in place, and the front desk buddy picks up and sends luggage. It's a very satisfactory experience!

The hotel is located in the Shibati scenic area, with convenient transportation, quiet and hygienic. The room is spacious and warm, and the facilities are very new. The service attitude is particularly good. It is a very warm hotel. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Chongqing.

This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel and I am so dissatisfied with a hotel. This hotel does not meet the 4-star standard in many indicators, and the attitude of the male manager is very, very bad. I am not sure how this hotel will defend itself, but I have made it very clear. I hope other customers can learn from it. 1) The room type is not standard; we were a group of 4, and the two Yanyu King Bed Rooms of the same room type were not the same size. The room I got was very small, much smaller than the promotional pictures, and there was not even enough space to spread out two small suitcases. My family's room was relatively spacious with a lot of spare space. 2) On the second day of check-in, because the room was too narrow, I asked the front desk to change to another Yanyu King Bed Room; the window was very small (as shown in the picture; the staff was in a hurry when they took me to see the room, I thought it was a curtain, but it turned out to be a wall), and there was no place to put toiletries in the shower room (as shown in the picture; you need to walk out of the shower room to the sink to press the shower gel or shampoo, or you can put it on the floor of the shower room). In addition, there was a damp and moldy smell in the room, and the wall behind the door had fallen off! 3) Power outage: The day before check-out, the front desk notified us that there would be a power outage in the early hours of that night, and provided 3 solutions: a) check out early and get a refund for one day's room fee, b) pay the difference and move to another hotel with poor online reviews, c) continue to stay and get a refund of 20% of the room fee for that day. Because I was dissatisfied with this hotel a few days ago, and the weather outside in Chongqing was so hot that I suffered from heat stroke, my family and I could not accept a room without air conditioning, so we asked to check out early and move to another Orange Crystal Hotel (very good). Because the hotel had a power outage (for whatever reason), we asked for a subsidy for the taxi fare to transfer to the hotel (not much, about 20 yuan, mainly depending on the attitude of the hotel). Unfortunately, the hotel and the male manager not only refused to pay the fee, but also had an aggressive attitude on the phone, not listening to your demands and feelings at all, and kept interrupting you and not letting you speak. The manager argued that "the power outage does not affect your stay experience", "we have given a solution, but you are not satisfied", which was very perfunctory. I would like to ask if it would not affect my experience if I wasted my time to check out and change hotels at noon during my trip? Therefore, I chose to complain directly on Ctrip and truthfully and carefully explained all the problems I encountered. Ctrip not only showed understanding and sympathy, but also provided taxi + additional compensation (I am very satisfied with Ctrip's service, but I am really speechless about this hotel). Ctrip also asked the hotel manager to call me in person to apologize, but in fact, it was the hotel front desk who contacted me at the beginning, not the male manager with a bad attitude. After giving feedback to Ctrip again, the male manager still called to apologize but was perfunctory. Before hanging up the phone, I could even hear his complaints and sighs. Supplement: 1) The hotel provides guides and luggage handling services because the location is difficult to find, and you have to go up and down the stairs, and some hotel buildings do not have elevators. 2) The hotel's front desk is just a small counter (like a podium in a university classroom)
