前台小姐姐很熱情 服務貼心 房間空間也寬敞 休息的時候比較安靜 早上醒來剛好能吃個早餐再走 停車也是免費的 下次也會選擇你家酒店😃😃😃

位置：
萬州下高鐵幾公里就到了，很好找，停車也很方便，停車位很多，酒店門口還設定了動畫停車位很有趣。
衞生：
很乾凈，裝修很有特色，看出來非常用心，房間面積也很大，住得很舒服。
服務:服務很不錯，辦理入住的時候，，一進來都是熱情打招呼，感覺像認識很久的老朋友一樣，還送了我一個很可愛的鑰匙扣。

優點：遠離商圈，安靜舒適；房間毛巾和浴袍獨立分裝，乾淨衞生，能聞到消毒後的味道；房間有提示牌，提供商務套餐和炒菜服務，能夠在酒店自費享用午餐和晚餐；早餐營業到上午10點，品種齊全；有獨立停車位，進出方便；升級後的房間，面積較大，還算滿意。
有待提升：前台不會靈活變通，以顧客為本的意識十分欠缺。對客户的住房需求置若罔聞，反覆強調補差價，態度和語氣給人的感覺不好。不提供解決方案，逼得客人準備在攜程網上退房，在預訂超過時限不能退款的狀況下，才被迫電話請示經理，耗時費力，服務態度遠低於預期。
還是希望酒店越辦越好，畢竟也是三峽傳媒集團重點宣傳打造的酒店！
